I just found your channel not too long ago. I love it. I know how you like spices. I am from Indiana. When I make pork tenderloins. I marinade the pork in buttermilk and hot sauce after they are pounded out. You can use a little hit sauce, or a lot, depending how spicey you want it. They are so so good of you like spicy food. You should try. I think you will like it.
Made the pork tenderloin sandwiches for lunch today and everyone loved them! Also made some fried onion strings....thanks again for sharing your delicious recipes with us!
Also, when tenderlions are on sale. I buy a few and make them all up. I put them on a cookie sheet and freeze them individually. Once they are frozen, i put them in gallon zip lock bag and pop them in the freezer. Then you have them for dinner when you are exhausted and dont really feel like cooking.
The market that I shop here in Maryland always has pork cube steak on sale. I buy it whenever I can as it is the least expensive meat in the case. I have it in the freezer right now. I make steak and gravy with it but now I have a new way to mix it. Can't wait.
