Years ago, I shot NRA Hunter Silhouette with a 10-inch stainless Mk II. SUPER accurate. With a 4x scope, it would often produce sub 2-inch groups at 100yds from a bench and sandbags.
Bill ruger passed away in 2002 and they released the mk iii in 2003.... the MKii is stamped steel and nothing is threaded except the grips. everything simply interlocks, nothing can back out. super reliable. the amphibian suppressed mkii used by navy seals is a testimony to that
Thanks for this video! I'm seeing your left hand positioned forward towards the barrel. I was thinking a small poly hand guide on the barrel to assist the hold...or maybe I'm just over thinking.. Lol
yeah a little handguard wouldn't be bad to have, but I'm leaning towards a heatshield so it doesn't look too lame. Barrel stays cool so holding it bare isn't an issue either.

yup, sounds about right
One of the greatest handguns ever made .
agreed. i personally prefer the mk II but I very much enjoy shooting my mk IV versions as well.
I have a Mk IV. One of my favorite handguns. Thanks for the video.
i love the mk iv, but I honestly think the older mk ii is better quality
@@BrotherhoodFireArms Very well could be. I've never shot a Mk II. If I get the chance, I'd like to try one.
