At about 1:30 seconds I mistakenly say humans have 22 pairs of chromosomes. This is, of course, wrong. Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes (or 46 total chromosomes). This will be corrected on the edited version. Thanks Tatiana for pointing this error out.
This podcast is on my list to redo. I will add a little more on supercoiling on the next one, but it probably won't be redone for a few months. Good luck to you.
+Amna Baluch Yes, but its not my favorite. I need to redo it, but you can try it: ruclips.net/video/x9j13jCfYOQ/видео.html and the podcast right before this one on the play list. Good luck!
Thanks, Tatiana. I've used this video for a few years now and nobody has ever pointed out that error. I'll fix it on the new edition but in the meantime, I added a note to this one. Thanks again.

when you said 22, i assumed you just omitted the sex chromosomes and was referring to the autosomal ones lol
This was very helpful to me. Would you mind creating a video that explains how supercoiling works?

Hi sir
Do a single chromatin condense to form a single chromosome?
Will you be talking about F+,F- and Hfr?
