Sir , please. I beg you. Please make video for Dna replication for prokaryotes
Better than any other videos. All needed knowledge is explained so well including telomere shortening. 👍🏻✨✨
Could you please help me by sharing my contents with your friends group/ college group. I put huge efforts in making these videos but unfortunately not a lot of people are watching this.
and please checkout our molbio playlist its the best you will get in the internet for free ruclips.net/p/PLKtiwIJ8Q7rppT2_xeMbIbrfTvAttgVcP&si=9Ddw1YezrUsSCS_T
Hey! Do you have video about RAD51? I really need it, about Homologous recombination in eukaryotes
So the telomere binding proteins are high in terminally differented cells? Than actively dividing cells?
Omg just the video I needed atm, thank you always

Ofc I will
Can you do videos talking about replication coupled histone transfer and nucleosome dissembly/assembly
I can try.
Great 👌

Hello arpan, there might be an error in the animation here for the replication bubble. In the top strand, both the right and the left cannot be the leading strand as the directionality is opposite so DNA pol epsilon will not present parallelly on the opposite side but rather diagonally on the opposite side. I am referring to this part of the video: ruclips.net/video/J_9pfA_-ZIs/видео.html. This is just a clarification question and thank you for this great video.
Following content i really want form you,
1.transcription for both prokaryotes
and eukaryotes
2. RNA processing
3. Regulation of gene expression
4. Translation for prokayotes and eukaryotes
While preparing for ICAR jrf plant science, you are like god for me
Watch my molecular biology playlist. All these videos are there

@@animatedbiologywitharpan Sure!! 😊
Very nice explanation ❤️
Please share my channel link with your friends and help me to reach big audiance
You are really creative and i send your channel link to my friends
thank , really appriciate@@user-on1ug4ff3i
Please a video about atherogenesis 😢😢 I'am really need it
I will upload soon
Isn't polymerase delta for leading strand and polymerase epsilon for lagging strand?
No we are sure about it. But yes pol delta can replicate leading strand under very special circumstances. check out the following aresearch article www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/10409230590935433
Also a video about frederickson classification of hyperlipidemia please i want it sooon😅😅😅😅
I will try
Doctor, great video! in what research are u involved in , in WIS? is it safe in Israel now? cuz I wanted to do my PhD there
Israel was a safe place but not now.
Hello sir,
Does Helicase have its own loading protein, and does Helicase have a clamp protein as well?
Much thanks sir
In eukaryotic DNA replication, the helicase loader, or cdt1,cdc6 which are part of origin recognition complex (ORC), identifies replication origins, loads the minichromosome maintenance (MCM) complex onto DNA, and activates it. The MCM complex then acts as a helicase, unwinding the DNA for replication, ensuring the accurate duplication of the genome during cell division.
Mcm does not use any clamp, atleast it's nor reported. But the X RAY crystallography studies suggest it's structure is like a hexameric Rin latching firmly onto the DNA

@@animatedbiologywitharpan thank you sir, i appreciate it very much
Sir..please make a video for dna replication for prokaryotes...please sir..🥺🥺
Please check out my molecular biology playlist. I have videos on that
Sir is this enough for csir
More than enough. Alongside this frequent mcq practice is required. I have a course at the price of a pizza. Link animatedbiologywitharpan.graphy.com/courses/CSIR-NET-Life-sciences-MCQ-practice-course-645881d4e4b0c11d957360ef
