I would never want strangers walking thru my residence & sifting thru my stuff, but that's just me. I think that the relatives were so overwhelmed w/everything in the house, I don't think they had a choice. That's why I consistently go through my stuff & get rid of things. My daughter laughs @ me. I tell her mom doesn't want to burden you w/having to deal with alot of stuff

I think someone, probably relatives, trashed that basement looking for hidden treasure. I doubt it looked like that originally.

Kind of depressing seeing dishes still in the drying rack in the kitchen. Whoever lived in that house probably wasn't even cold in their grave yet. Gave me the heebie jeebies You could tell the family was not at all prepared for sale The house was a shmbles. Sad !
The family should have hired a professional that would have conducted a sale that would not have mortified this lady.

I can’t believe they let people in the house with all the mess. Where I live there would have been 6 people in each room with you. Wonderful finds and it looked like fun doing it. She was definitely artistic and had great taste in clothes. A world traveler. Sad ending to a life.
