You are the best for not beating yourself up over rushing through items at a sale. Your positive energy keeps you going and is so delightful for me watch!
Don’t trash those bottoms, I’ve sold some like that just fine. The last set is very unique and sought after. List it, disclose the dryness and I it will sell. That band can be replaced easily by the buyer. I think I used Genie as a key word in my listing.
Of course you will make a good profit!!! You got some cool stuff. Always remember that if you don't make a mistake now and then, then you're not working because no one is perfect.😂 plus that's how we learn. ❤❤❤
My goodness, I am in the UK 🇬🇧 and never been to a estate sale, I found this fascinating and wondering about the people who lived there and how they liked their stuff 😊
Hi there. You would love estate sales! It's fun to see interesting houses and also to shop for useful as well as collectible items. Garage/yard sales are a blast too as I've found so many great pieces of jewelry, vintage kitchenware, etc... at them for very inexpensive prices. We also have church rummage sales which I believe are similar to your jumble sales. Are jumble sales still going on?
When he sees her in the little red number he doesn’t notice the perfume that you call offensive. And it is in such good shape because it wasn’t worn much. Lol. This lady had a house full of lovely things because she had a happy husband I’m guessing.
My mother, who grew up in the depression, didn’t own fitted sheets. Two flat sheets. On wash day, wash the bottom sheet, put top sheet on the bottom, and get a fresh top sheet. Very frugal. That’s probably why you see so many flat sheets.
I went out today - waking up at 1pm which was lovely and scary. I got myself a cardi from east, a brand no longer trading for £1 reduced from £5 in a charity shop In the uk. All the shops are closed tomorrow as Easter.
Love the vintage percale sheets...I prefer those...doesn't wrinkle and keeps me cool at night. When I thrift I look for new in package vintage sheets. Hard to find.
If it's a sale being run by an estate sale company I think they combine the contents of several houses into one for these sales. That's why it seems like a lot for one family to have.
You got some good finds. The owner was quite a collector. It looks to me that American homes are too big which encourages people to buy too much because they have space to store it.
I am a seamstress and the Elastic on the "Panties" can be replaced. Perhaps you can include them if the Nighty is purchased and disclose about the elastic and give them the option of keeping or throwing out. Message the buyer and mention what you have and if they would like them for free of course. This way there is no item not described etc... as Ebay will have your message
There is no way they had that much stuff in that house people get there stuff together take it there jack up the price and call it a estate sale i been to a few and this man told me that i believe him.
I think they had a store /flea market or something like that. With most have boxes that would be really unusual if it was all personal stuff. Just my guess though
I would pass, hard pass on someone elses lingerie lol as a .atter of fact i have cleared all private intimate things like that out of my closet (after my husband of 42 years passed) didn't want our kids to have to deal with . And yes those are harvest gold tupperware, i'm old too!
Avacodo green, harvest gold, burnt orange the colors of my childhood lol
You are the best for not beating yourself up over rushing through items at a sale. Your positive energy keeps you going and is so delightful for me watch!
Those bears are adorable! 🥰
Definitely sell the vintage lingerie as is. A wardrobe person can easily change out the elastic.
I recommend putting more comps or like items listings in your videos. 😉
If you grew up in the 1960's / 1970's you would know that your tubberware canisters are "Harvest Gold". Hahaha! Yes, I'm old. 😂
Me too❤
Me three
Me four
Absolutely!
It's Tupperware! Not tubberware

Golden Girls lingerie lol you made me laugh. Had breast cancer surgery and you had me laughing so bad😂
Hey, that haul will pay off, sell the dry-rot stuff anyway, it's just the elastic. That was the largest collection of boring shoes I've ever seen.
Of course you will make a good profit!!! You got some cool stuff. Always remember that if you don't make a mistake now and then, then you're not working because no one is perfect.😂 plus that's how we learn. ❤❤❤
You can make me laugh so much! I absolutely love you! You did get some great things.
My chin is to the FLOOR..lol.. Those vintage sheets!! I would be all over those bad boys myself...fantastic haul over all.
I have a few Lang mugs, and they are just beautiful and so well made. I protect them with my life. lol
I picked up wooden and ceramic shoes in Holland for decor. I settled on traditional blue and white pieces of decor. Not for resale for my home.
I knew you’d be back out asap.Never stop sourcing,it’s what we do. By the way, we’re in April now. 😅😅😅😅
My goodness, I am in the UK 🇬🇧 and never been to a estate sale, I found this fascinating and wondering about the people who lived there and how they liked their stuff 😊

At an estate sale it makes me sad to see that their family didn't want things they made, like needlework.
@@livingthegoodlifechannel hi, yes we still have jumble sales
Tina goes to town on bedding! Nice
"I need mental help. I don't know if they sell that here" lol! Xx
No basement in Florida and Texas no attic either

God I hope when I pass I don’t have all that stuff gosh it kills me when I see how some people have all this stuff just stuff

My 96 year old mother in law still does that!
Great haul Tina. I always look forward to your videos. Love your sense of humor😂
The Enesco buy was fantastic!!! Such a fun video!
dont you this the dry-rot chiffon can be still sold AS IS?
seems like collectors could repair/replace elastic?
Just take the bad elastic off and Offer the piece as is. The purchaser can have their size added as replacement
Tina you make me laugh a lot your to funny 🤩Love watching your videos Love all the Christmas goodies!!!
vintage lingerie, even just the tops since the bottoms have dry rot, do really well on depop!
“PerKale” sheets are very soft and not made anymore. Those will be awesome to who ever gets them.
Great video Tina!
navaho blanket, could be vintage
Whoa! All that Lenox!
I went out today - waking up at 1pm which was lovely and scary. I got myself a cardi from east, a brand no longer trading for £1 reduced from £5 in a charity shop In the uk. All the shops are closed tomorrow as Easter.
My goodness!! who would buy and use all that stuff? A true hoarder...I feel overwhelmed looking at everything.
Love the vintage percale sheets...I prefer those...doesn't wrinkle and keeps me cool at night. When I thrift I look for new in package vintage sheets. Hard to find.

Loving your videos as always.
If it's a sale being run by an estate sale company I think they combine the contents of several houses into one for these sales. That's why it seems like a lot for one family to have.
You need to turn your calendars over Tina
I want the Fenton rock! How much?
Are there a lot of hoarder houses in the Northeast?
Do yu still have the Turkey light?

I agree. I can't believe one person owned all those mugs.
I think they had a store /flea market or something like that. With most have boxes that would be really unusual if it was all personal stuff. Just my guess though
Double sheets are hard to sell.
The old sheets are probably flatter than the sheets that are made for the modern mattresses and won't fit.
I now want to know where all this stuff comes from. The homeowner did not collect all these items they are coming in from outside..
That is an easy fix dont toss it out its still vintage i would still list it as easy fix or repurpose the fabric upcycle
thanks for the video. looks like this was an expencive sale.
I spent $150, and I think I was overcharged. She was doing some fast and furious pencil math that I think went awry at some point.
What is the name of your eBay store?
I would pass, hard pass on someone elses lingerie lol as a .atter of fact i have cleared all private intimate things like that out of my closet (after my husband of 42 years passed) didn't want our kids to have to deal with . And yes those are harvest gold tupperware, i'm old too!
