In Poland there’s a unknown rule actually. Odd numbers on the roads means that they go SOUTH-NORTH and even go WEST-EAST. I do not know if there’s anything similar in other countries.
Cool, but they can usually use a compass, but I think it could help in some cases
2-digit US interstate highways (the blue shield only) are the same way. (3-digit codes are more local routes and don't obey this. For example, I-95 is N/S, but I-195 in Rhode Island is W/E and is named that way only because it connects to I-95.)
@@greenaldergaming8896US highways as well, and some state routes. A fun little thing you can use is that the higher the interstate number, the further north/east you are on the interstate system, and the higher the US number, the further south/west you are.
@@changeyourpassword Yeah, US routes (white shield) kind of do it too, but, they're more quirky about it
German single digit Autobahns as well.
401 is the most useful US area code in this game 🌊 RI is the most urban state and there are numbers all over, and it's a single code for the whole state, and if you get the state a good score is guaranteed. My guess is that a random single center white line isn't all that uncommon... I'm in MA and I'm not surprised to see that, though I can't think of a specific example in my local area.

I love your videos dude, I've been watching since before you became a full time RUclipsr/streamer. As a Geoguessr beginner, I know how helpful the car meta is, and I haven't learned the copyright meta yet but I also know it helps rule out some locations. Would be fun to watch you NMPZ - NM some seeds without the car/copyright meta, to make it as realistic as possible. Like if you are unconscious and blindfolded and you are dropped in a random location in the world how many times will you know where you are when you wake up kinda thing lol. Moving makes life way easier if you can find and read signs though, and the real basic meta like sun position, and driving left or right. That's about where I cap out though unless it's somewhere I've been. Lol

Im from usa and alot of the metas you say just dont make sense to me. I live in tennesse and all 7 states that touch mine, probably have 40-60% have shingles
I'd say it's more of an early 1900s building style that more rustic people enjoy
