I will definitely be trying the "skin flooding." I clean my beauty spunges after every use. I'm weird, but I have to. My bushes I do weekly. I definitely need to try the Cosrx Snail mucus! I've been looking at it for years.

My skin is so sensitive to retinol/tretenoin that I actually sandwich by using my hyaluronic serum first, then ill do a light weight moisturizer followed by my La Roche Posay adapalene then ill do a heavy moisturizer 😂. Sounds like alot i know but it works. Adapalene is a strong mother.

Dullness is my problem, i have a mild vit d deficiency (Nova Scotian here) and I am getting CAIS 3 1:1 tomorrow. I hope this will help...I use Super Oxidiode Dismutase mist, and I'm a bit too dry to use Flavanone Mud Mask right now; usually my glow restoring mask. I wonder if I need to up my moisturizer game. I am using Elta MD AM therapy...Do you think you offer any ideas? what's the peptide cream you that use like in texture? Is it very rich? Greasy? Good for daytime? I am very sensitive so I wear nothing but a little gel blush (even cream blush can cause irritation) I try not to over exfoliate, especially in the winter,. I am a Lotion P50 Devotee LOL

Damp or dry skin is difficult to decide and how quickly to close with the cream... For example, would you suggest to use Niod Copper Peptides on the damp skin and then immediately close with the retinal or wait until it dries? Thanks a lot
I love applying Copper Peptides onto damp skin but I don't recommend to immediately apply Retinol on top while it's damp because this will allow the retinol to absorb quicker into the skin which could lead to further dryness/irritation. I would wait until your serums dry down before applying Retinol.
What about exfoliating with salicylic acid from the ordinary would that be once a week xx
It honestly depends on your skin type and how sensitive it is. It can be used more often than just once a week but for me I would only use it once or twice. Again, some people see better results with Salicylic Acid if they use it daily. It really just depends on your skin.
Hi Ashley!! I know you’ve mentioned in the past that you have facial redness.. I recently started experiencing that, particularly when I drink alcohol. I’m not a big drinker but as soon as I have a glass of wine I immediately get red. (It didnt happen to me before only recently this past year. I’m thinking I developed an allergy ) Does this happen to you? If so what do you do to calm the redness or do you stay away from alcohol because it’s a trigger? ThankU in advance
Redness can be caused by many things. Environment, food allergies, hormones, skincare, makeup etc. I am not a drinker but I do enjoy the occasional drink here and there. I do find that my cheeks become a little flushed if I consume wine but not generally with anything else. I would have this conversation with your dermatologist or family doctor as again, it could be something else causing the redness.
So you would also advice to only use Paula's choice BHA twice a week instead of every day?
It truly depends on your skin type and how sensitive it is. Some people may see better results with the PC BHA if they use it daily. It really just depends on your skins needs and sensitivity. I personally can't use this product daily as my skin tends to be sensitive to the PC BHA toner.
Why does your eye area look so white in comparison with the rest of your face?
I like to use a lighter concealer for a brighter under eye.
