Hi Jon, thanks for the tips! From your experience what chain lube do you use and recommend?

Hi Phil, I've never been a big fan of the 'Hi-Tech' stuff like Summer Specific (Washes off in the rain), or ceramic lube (I'm not Chris Froome!!). I've always gone with a light coating of a thicker lube such as either Muc-Off Wet Weather Lube, or FINISH LINE wet Lube. They're both as good as each other..... it's just whichever is to hand when I'm doing the job. Not too much (Acts like a crud magnet), oil just the rollers, and wipe off any excess.
Hope that helps, and thanks for watching.
      Jon

I’ve always been a big believer in taking the chain off to clean but how do you manage the cost of quick links? Are you just reusing them more than they recommend or finding cheaper non-branded links?

      Hi Rex TheDog,
Very good question. I use reusable KMC Missing Link. The 'R' at the end of the product code denotes reusable. Here you go:

      Thanks for watching,

@@markrushton1516 I'll admit, I've re-used the single use ones before and never had an issue.
