I need help please 😢
You know if your red card is lost then you don't get shop and deliver
Door Dash be dangling that carrot in front of you. Keep following it; you may get it some day.
THIS!! They’re constantly moving the goal post.
You can get good orders on Silver though, but even better orders on Gold, actually even BETTER orders on Platinum. Exactly
Mike, ive been doing better last few days. Im at 65%. If i have a great week, i might become a channel member, i think you are awesome.
Glad to help! Stayed tuned on the memberships, not doing much with it now but I'm working on deeper benefits and trainings for members.
It also seems like a good idea to hang out in a good location when not moving. Hooters and Krispy Kreme did pretty good in Louisville. High tip orders short drives.
I've done 8 offers before in a row with only a 1% increase in AR. Definitely raises eyebrows. I've been Platnium for a week and a half, occassionally dipping back to Silver because I still get a lot of lowball orders. I'll never see Gold again because my deliveries in the last 30 days is 269.
Yeah the AR was quite odd, accepted 11 or 12 and it didn't move but of course drops 1% for each of my two declines on recent shifts.
@@YourDriverMike DD Support said to uninstall and reinstall the app, lmao
I do that almost daily. Support says the AR is out of every 100 orders.@@biggiesmalls657
Same here. One decline drops it but 3-4 doesn’t raise it
Once you understand how rolling 100 works for your AR it's pretty simple really. The only way you can move a % up or a % down is when you replace an accept with a decline and vice versa. The higher your AR the more difficult it is to increase the % because you have more accepts in the rolling 100 than declines. And obviously the inverse of that is true as well.
Mike it is all simple math on doordash. You just need to complete 5 doordash deliveries... every day for at least 5 days a week.... for 4 straight weeks... each month to make it to 100. 😅
And no declines.
Yep. 25 deliveries a week = 100.
Not when they fall off daily!
No work . if u are a full time delivery
Yes it's just the consistency of driving every day, editing, having time for other things (today I had editor interviews for example), working out etc. Certainly doable but I'm ready to move on from DoorDash every single day. Lots of other side hustles to check out!
Come dash in my area, you get nowhere near that pay for delivery, you live in a big city, try driving 15 miles to the restaurant for 6.00 pay then another 6 miles to deliver the goods, so with that, total miles driven is 42 miles for the big $6.00 pay... I don't do that and you won't either...... The area that is 15 miles away doesn't have dashers there and those customers expect you to bring their order for $6.00 tip but you first have to drive 15 miles to go to the restaurant then 7 more miles to the delivery location...
I've been running about time for the last 3 months and for the most part the Dasher pay matches up but where it really comes in and helps is late at night when you get caught and drive-thru lines you actually get paid for sitting there for me it takes away that sense of rushing which keeps me from being pulled over or God forbid accidents I stay away from per offer as much as possible
McDonalds breakfast in an office district... Always 4-5$ for 1-2 miles. Fast and effective AR building.
True very dense hopefully fast orders
Could you call Raising Canes and place the order over the phone and then pick it up when you fonally get there?
17.75 not bad. We only get 10.25 up here in Escanaba MI.
We got 10.25 in PA erdarono
Looks like partly based on market size, both customers and merchants probably. I checked more rural submarkets and they're all lower than our main segment
Like we always say, the only statistic that matters is amount earned per order. Here in this video it's $8.87. In the LA area we average $12-$16 per order (after Pay Adjustment for California Prop 22 compliance).
Mike on canes orders you have to pay for it you have to place it you have to do everything you need to have to get the own drinks inside
Yep. I just learned this yesterday. Never saw that before
I went to a Raising Canes only one time, and the lady at the counter asked me to hold my phone up so she could see the order and ring it up. The order was ready to go in minutes.
I got my first cartering order being platinum and got a 63 tip so total of 71 and was less then 2 miles
I've never got a shop n deliver on earn by time
Yes it's a great option to take restaurant-only offers I'm liking it
@@YourDriverMike Most of my shop and deliver orders are great money to miles with many easy shops plus it increases my count so I keep my Plat rewards! I usually wont take Aldi's orders though.
I've only done a few EBT shifts, I didn't get any shop n delivers while doing those. I don't miss the shop n deliver, but I don't mind doing them if the pay is good. Last time I tried EBT it wanted me to go 11 miles, so I declined that one, then later it tried to send me 16 miles, so I ended that shift.
Dude you look and sound just like Peter Rosenberg from Hot 97 radio in New York lmaooo you should seriously think about radio or tv…you have the personality and look for it
Bro he sounds NOTHING like him they’re both a little nasally that’s it
Looks like him too? Are you ok?
@@WonkaBiz I swear I should get that looked at lol it's not that bad though I feel
My first time doing a delivery gig was last night 5/12 doing doordash..offer mode, in 2 hours I made $53 ..$39 just on tips, I had anxiety and I was nervous. What was your experience the first time?
Any time I've tried a brand new platform I'm unsure what to expect in practice even after watching videos etc. It's normal, familiarize yourself with the app layout, take 1 offer at a time (pause after if needed) and you'll get the hang of it after a week or so. They're all pretty straightforward for the most part
I'm in the Portland, OR marketplace. I have tried earn by time a couple of times for a total of 3 deliveries. All 3 took me out of my zone and then I was stuck driving back. Every order ended up being a backwards offer.
I'm also in Portland oregon. Have never done by time only per order. Made 350 in one day this last sat in 11 1/2 hours
To get one hundred percent in 100 orders you would have to get 100 orders straight. You are getting turn downs to go away by lapping when you did the 70 orders ago. . I think it also affects reviews as well? Maybe I think it did that to me. I have a low percentage now. Turning down $3 orders going 10 miles hurts.
Why am i platinum in a small market area but not in a bigger market area. Same day.
I'll be doing this full-time. My AR was stuck on 71% for two days and now it's 83%
yeah i am also 79-80%
Yup I've been in the same boat as I been accepting all orders on earn by time and done upto 10 drop-off and noooooooo noooo rating was still at 50 and don't move
might want to check out the new EXPANDED list for the tier program.
Saw that, wanted to go live but I was prepping for this vacation that I'm currently on lol will be going live next week to discuss. A HUGE expansion
My acceptance rate BARLEY moves up. They are definitely scamming us with that.
Rasing Cane's want their orders to be fresh when the driver arrives. But they do seem to be quick processing the order (at least in my market for now)
Admittedly it's super fast
Today I got a lot of high paying offers a lot of $15-$42 offers
My earn by time is only $12 here in Orlando
yes ive done like 10 in a row and my AR doersnt go up!
By offer i avg about $20/hr Sometimes can be close to $30
I can't figure this stuff out. I just do it.
I'm in eastern NC. No matter my AR, I get all kinds of orders. Im at 50% and still get high paying orders. I think the algorithm is a lie.
Do you have Dasher Rewards or Priority Access?
I’ve noticed my deliveries been dropping I’ve always been platinum and I notice my deliveries going down by like 10-15 and all of a sudden I landed in gold went all the way down to 74 deliveries I got it up to 90 the next day it was 87 so I’m super lost
Yes. It's a more transparent way of what they've always done. Your orders completed in last 30 days drop off in batches, numbered by how many orders you did that day or per shift..
Mine will drop by 10 or 15 a day, which is about what I do, so it's 1:1 it seems
That’s bull and it had to just start happening to me cause I’ve always been platinum Ar and completion rate both over 90% but the deliveries just disappear had 103 deliveries today it went to 101
When I do earn by time about 50% of the orders don't tip...disgusting!
My application blocks red card orders
Dude no way... I got it worse with Liu's Mala Tang... 0.28 tip hahaha crazy it's the same place.
Earn by time returns all the time you spend in stores, lines, parking, customer calls, dasher support calls. Just put on the music and drive.
Using a red card on a restaurant order is new for me
Pretty sure Raising Canes is the only place that does this
@@aye_yo_mick yeah haven't seen it for a while (place and pay). Years ago I saw some
With Earn BY time you WANT high resturant wait time... Low dash time
I’m just starting out, I’m having to do this as my full time job due to my disability and situation. Any advice? I’m a bit nervous.
Learn how everything works on the app. I went years w/o using it because I didn't know I had to schedule and I didn't know I had to touch the area I want to work on the map in order to get started.
Also when you get an order, mlet the customer know you're on your way to the restaurant. At the restaurant if you have to wait click waiting on your food. Once you confirm pick up and get ready to head on out. Send them a nice message that you're on your way.
Hot/cold bag.
Pick a doable shift and try not to stop.
Like gas up for a full shift and eat and go to the bathroom before you start working.
I've noticed that too many pauses causes the app to idle me or make me wait too long between offers.🤗👍
The customer automatically gets a message alerting them
That you’re on the way. Some have complained that more than that is overkill.
Treat the customer's orders like you would want your orders to be treated.
Less your gas and your under 20… not good … again DD is gas money
Seems to punish me when I drop below 70
Raising canes is fast even with a line
If I'm going to place it I'm glad it's fast at least! Wouldn't want to do that at Five Guys just not quite as fast
@@YourDriverMike big true
My ar I can get up to 35% then it goes down to 25%. It just keeps yo-yoing.
The estimated time until next offer showed up in my market for a couple weeks then disappeared
Same here. Also the driving trends showing after your dash have disappeared
WTF? Doordash is so wishy washy with their app, always trying things then pulling them quickly.
DD is sketchy they are not transparent with your AR,you never know where you are at! Guess it's there way of getting you to take more.
It's based on the last 100 orders. So if you accept many orders in a row and your AR stays the same, it means 100 orders ago you also accepted a lot of orders
@aye_yo_mick we should be able to see our accepts and declines so we can make better decisions. Doordash hides everything they can too try too make you take trash!
I don't like shop and deliver
I find earned by time pays better than by offer
AR not raising is definitely a thing
Doesn't matter if you do EBTvor per offer this is a suckers game running around town killing your car and your back recieving $2-3 orders time to get a job or open up a small business.
Target/wallgreen shop and deliver can be big money
Earned by time is better when there traffic your still makeing money
The accept glitch happens many times
Its definitely server side. its a rolling 100 so which means if you declined the 100 orders before, then you must accept that next 100th order in order for it to add a percent. Also with stacked orders counting as one that could help or sink people's AR if they arent careful.
@@biggiesmalls657 I have accepted 7 orders in a row with my AR staying where it is at.
FYI- I’ve made more by Time. Weird
I'm liking Earn By Time so far, earning more per hour but a bit less per mile.
The only bad part is you're sent to different zones
I do way better by time except during dinner rush
Uber is better
Doordash is trash
agreed
