Congratulations! You have made the best intro in the history of Easy Languages. 🤩👏 I loved the video, it's a pity that I didn't get it right, but we laughed a lot while recording the video and I laughed when I saw myself in words like subtle. 🤣😂🤭

@@EasyEnglishVideos All but one. I went for the American pronunciation of lieutenant 🙈 (I’m excluding my attempt to pronounce the last word because I’m sure its length technically makes it German 😂) Happy weekending Mitch, Isi and all the EL teams.
@@tinyclix9575 I must say... the pronunciation of lieutenant makes waaaay more sense in American English. Happy weekend to you... thanks for your support 🙌
I’ve been a member of Easy German for years, and recently added a few more Easy Language subscriptions on RUclips. I’m a native Long Islander (NY), so clearly don’t need English help, but this shite is hilarious 😂. Thanks! Unflatteringly for me, it reminds me of making fun of my dad and abuela’s accents.
Awesome video! As a native speaker of American English, these peculiarities in rules of spelling and pronunciations in English are pretty natural to me since I learned how to speak those words before I learned how to spell them back in elementary school.
Dimitris from Easy Greek does excellent videos about the Greek language. He is a brilliant presenter. However, due to the fact that he is half Australian, he clearly has an advantage over the rest in pronouncing English words. It would be like having Katie from Easy Italian taking part in this kind of episodes.
🤣😂The karate kid and Top Gun, etc. references were really clever! 👍💥 Worcestershire is even impossible to pronounce for Americans native speakers of English! 😳 I can’t even do it after hearing it multiple times!
You're all so damn funny, I wasn't even planning on learning English. But it's nice to see the family united, watch them fail and realise how I've been doing it wrong myself since forever like a complete idiot xD.
Dimitris rocks!!!! I first pronounced "lieutenant" the American way, but then corrected myself to say "leftenant" to make it British :-). Just watched "Sanditon", too, where that word comes up quite a bit.
Haha ... I love when you all take part. And Janusz' guitar intro was quite impressive ... I knew most of the words, but that I used the American version of lieutenant was new to me. :D
Geez these are tricky words to be giving non native speakers!!! As an American English native speaker I still got some of the British pronunciations wrong.
Janusz gave the right pronunciation for the American version of the word "Anesthetist". Didn't realize that British English not only spelled it differently, but pronounce it slightly differently too! #6 is just where British English starts screwing with you xD. #14 Some of the Northmen in Game of Thrones definitely pronounced it as "eye-ron": "They can keep their eye-ron chair!"
