Haggis is completely wonderful. Just get a good brand, perhaps at the local butcher in Scotland. I've had haggis with venison and a currant compote. One of the best meals on earth.
It's a fantastic channel. What equipment do you guys use? What would be decent equipment for recording conversations for language learning? I'd like something mobile, maybe mounted on a shoulder or even my head that could record decent audio. Something subtle and without a huge microphone as I'd like to encourage natural conversation for my online classes to watch without being too intrusive. Cheers!
Thanks paul... we use a DSLR with a mounted microphone and then an external mic, all on tripods. I honestly would say that most phones made in the last 3-4 years are capable of great video and acceptable audio quality (depending on ambient noise and environment. there are many weird and wonderful mounts and clips you can buy for them.
Spaghetti hoops on toast. It is pasta in shape of little circles that comes in tomato sauce sauce from a tin and you put it on toasted bread. I couldn't believe when I heard its a common british lunch or dinner dish.
So far I liked everything I ever tried in Britain. Haggis sounds not very tasty though. But Marmite is something I really liked. I think nowadays food is getting more and more international. So you don't have to stick to traditional menus ...
I really don't like the baked beans. I'd like to try the haggis and the eel pie. I think I'd like them. Not sure about Marmite, I'd give it a try though. I love scones with clotted cream and lemon curd. Marmalade is yummy too.
Chips and gravy the worst British food?? Really? Personally, I throw up in my mouth a little when I think of things like kidneys, black pudding and mum's lamb fry and onions. Sorry, mum, I love you but eww...
Controversial, I know but I do not like jacket potatoes. Just hot and bland. And it has a million different toppings. It wouldn't need toppings if it wasn't so tasteless in the first place.
So Portuguese have “camel’s drool” and “shit licor”, literally! Both delicious. But spotted dick is quite a funny name! 🤔 what kind of disgusting off putting name can we name this food so people don’t ask us to share and we can have it all to ourselves…
@@EasyEnglishVideos google: BABA DE CAMELO (made with condensed milk and eggs) and LICOR DE MERDA (“made from the finnest “s$$ts in the world”. It is real! Both have a brown / amber color. We also have stone soup, cat’s tongue cookies.
WOW! Baba de Camelo looks delicious. I fell in love with condensed milk in Vietnam so I'm so up for having this. As for Licor De Merda, it's the coolest name of a drink EVER

Amazing as always!! You make a great job
Thanks Adolfo! Your support is always appreciated 🙌
Wow, this subject was a belter. It's the first time I see a street interview like this. Very interesting.
Thanks!! We're really happy you enjoyed it, what in your opinion is the worst food?
@@EasyEnglishVideos I'd answer if I knew anything about the British cuisine :D I'm curious about the taste of Marmite, though.
It has a very distinctive taste... so much so, the companies tagline is "you'll either love it or hate it".
As for me, I love fisn and chips. I've learnt a lot of English food from this video. Thank you so much for such helpful content!!!
Thank for watching and supporting!

That man with the fish heads really made me laugh !:))
I'm waiting for your next video, thank you .

@@EasyEnglishVideos Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

Great shout! What about Alphabetti Spaghetti?
I agree but beans on toast is nice.

I don't like marmite but haggis is actually tasty although I wouldn't eat it now since becoming a vegetarian.
Suet is specifically the hard fat found by the kidneys.
Oh really? Was I right in saying from cows and sheep specifically? 😬🤞
@@EasyEnglishVideos Yes. I think.
I don't think I've heard of pork fat being called suet.
I love chips and gravy!!!
I love marmite!
Love haggis and black pudding!
No jellied eels for me though or cockles and welks!! 🤢
I never understood why the English would put vinegar on chips. Being German, I prefer ketchup and/or mayo on them. Pommes rot-weiss!
Because heaven with salt.

Oh lemon curd! I forgot about that beauty 😋
I don't why I found this video so fascinating being born in England myself xD
Haha! But what is our weirdest/worst food?
@@EasyEnglishVideos Marmite without a doubt. Used to like it but now I find it revolting 😂
I'm allergy with beefs actually... But I love Marmite with soup😅
With soup!? What kind of soup?
"Sounds like a medical condition." 🤣🤣
Worst food I ever ate was liver and also tripe. 🤢
In my country we drink marmite
😐
Chips and gravy the worst British food?? Really? Personally, I throw up in my mouth a little when I think of things like kidneys, black pudding and mum's lamb fry and onions. Sorry, mum, I love you but eww...
I (Mitch) used to loooooooove black pudding

I second that James! Unless they're super seasoned with herbs and spices and drowning in butter and baked beans, it's such a boring dish 🥱
honestly I don't like onion soup
Great shout! 🤢
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
