2 cups of barley shrimp
Seasoning: 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1. Shake barley shrimp in a strainer to shake off the crumbs, stir-fry it slightly in a pan, and take it out
2. Put 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon water in a dry pan and boil over medium heat
3. When the sauce boils, add barley shrimp and stir-fry over low heat so that the sauce is mixed evenly
4. Turn off the heat and mix sesame oil and sesame seeds.
