Hey, you took some of my advice into consideration which was nice. A bit of correction is that Alma doesn't need to be in Lunatic+, she only needs to be in Trance state for her magic attack to pierce barriers. What lunatic+ is doing is giving Alma 5 stack which will be consumed at the EoT, her stack accumulates at the end of the turn if she's not in Trance mode btw. The 2nd thing is that this isn't the last fight, there's another one locked by the sidequest that unlocked after the level 195 fight. They will have random resistance/null so it's best that you soft reset with Shion a few times to take advantage of his swapping mechanic
Thanks, I'm working on that last fight now. I tried a thunder team but don't have ES Miyu and couldn't set up to get enough hits in AF. As for Lunatic+ I thought I needed the stat boost to do enough DPS so I went for it anyways.
I went with AS Hardy, ES Suzette, ES Melina, and AS Radias. RCF and Violet Lancer were reserves. The barriers were pretty much gone in no time and I got the three turn win. I could've used ES Miyu but I wanted to use one my favorite combos (ES Suzette + AS Hardy). Congrats on the win and good luck with the Trio Uquaji. Flammelapis should be able to take them down easily with support and even past resistance.
Good video wil. Just finished this and the uquaji quest fight today. Had to use Miyu ES and radias AS on the 195 uquaji. The next fight is easier depending on the random resistances. Went with a full thunder team for that one after a few soft resets. Uquaji and the weapons sets are all based on long fights (10 turns or more) do you prefer short turn clears or do you enjoy figuring out the longer turn fights?
Thanks Mark. I'm not sure my thunder team will take it down since I don't have Silver Striker or ES Miyu yet. As for clears, I like a mix of both. Short ones are fun but longer ones are good as long as they're not too frustrating.
Hey Wil, Nice strategy but I had another one, using both as Radica and Prai (him in reserve). So I use Radica first to take the big hits and use another force by your strategy and on the next turn I bring in Prai switching with Alter Shion while I have Alma keep hitting Aether Alchemia and Eva using Icicle for 100% critical and was able to beat it. Another strategy I made.
I beat it easily with Miyu ES and Radias AS. Just protecting the team with Radias while I was setting up Miyu to attack with her barrier piercing skill. It would have been way easier If I had Orleya to set up Thunder Zone right away, but still. RCF and Pizzica provided good enough boost to get it done.
Gamer dad, which unit i can replace Eva with? I can get Alma to 5 stars to try this strategy... I tried using Miyu Ex due to her ignore barriers stuff but i couldnt even reach 80%
I'm trying to replicate this team. Although I don't have the heal status from Eva, I was thinking of replacing her with Starky, could this work? What would work for a replacement?
I replaced Eva with Neco AS and nuked it. Didn't have to VC Neco out, felt super awesome for that. Thank you for the help Wil! As always, my first go to for AE content/help.
@@ThroughLightShines you do have to reset until all 3 are vulnerable to your team comp. Alter Shion makes it easier to swap resist to weakness. Good luck!
How to beat it? My line up is, Shannie AS, Suzette SA, Shigire AS, and the new Sesta AS. I've already using Suzette strongest piercing skills, and even hit Uquaji 99 times but none of my skill do dmg to him. Even the barrier icon has gone and still no dmg from skill, all the dmg he received are from pain and poison stacked by Suzette and Sesta pls enlightened me🙏🏻
He is null to wind lol. You need to use barrier pierce different element. And he resists magic so you need alter Shion to paper tiger if you use magic team
Minalca, Alma NS/AS, Iphi can give barrier pierce to someone, Sesta, Cerius, ES Thille are the ones that I can think of. There might be a couple of newer units that can as well.

ES Miyu, Silver Striker, Orleya, and AS Radias did the trick. Took a while to figure it out, but was pretty satisfying once done.

You can substitute another magic support such as AS Flamme, or just use Yakumo/Iphi!

With next star dream orleya or flammelapis? Or alter shion?
If you have Shion, grind the Opuses. Go with Orleya especially if you have Eva AND you have a good thunder team.
