Shadow less vegetation always bothered me since 2015, too bad it will drop fps to 40 a d no matter what I do it won't be 60 with RTX 3080Ti
i still have the old version of this game(before next gen update its the v1.31)I use it on my gtx1650 i5 9400f desktop+65" TV and it both runs n looks great+Its a visual mod called halk hogan that makes game look almost like a ultra+ setting...
On my newer desktop i have rtx3060 12gb i5 12400f 16gb 3200mhz
This next gen latest update in 1080p ultra+ settings no r.t but hair turned on,i get less then 60fps and is often in the mid 50´s and its ok i guess on the dx12 version of w3.
But its sad it wont reach 65-70fps because it would have made it alot better n smoother i think???Or isnt this a bigger difference mayby?
Thanks 4 video(i hope when i finaly have the cash for a new PC that desktop will run game in 1440p at ultra+ all turned on w more then 60+ fps,But thats in 12-20 months away atleast so i guess that will be the cashe because a rtx5060 or something will probably have been released by then(so is it worth getting these 3060/4060 gpus w 2-3 years inbetween or would it be a smarter choice to save up n get a prebuilt w rtx3080/4070ti or super kind of gpu in the pc instead....Yes alot more cash,But if it runs better n for much longer its actually saved money in the long run...But i dont know this at all???Should rerally sit down a day n make a little fact checking about this for the future mayby?

Image quality with rt features on and dlss rather than taau is great. Im willing to get lower fps as well but its aleast gotta be a consistent frametime and smoother experience for me
@@GameTechPlanet i tried it but my 2080ti at 1440p with the RT stuff on was really struggling even with DLSS
@@Sleepy.Time. yea its rly not worth it right now for RT. Hopefully they improve the optimization and performance with RT. Even dx11 and dx12 no rt have their frametime issues compared to the smoothness of the original game. But DX12 High Settings RT Off DLSS Quality on your 2080ti should run great if your looking for higher fps play
DLSS IS BETTER THAN OTHER AA INCLUDING TAA
One note here: NG needs Bloom on for the Sun Shafts setting to do anything so part of that clarity is Sun Shafts being bugged out because Bloom was off.

I play this game on it's DX11 mode with a 2080ti maxed with minimum stutter in 4.01 but now with 4.02 the game even runs like horse shit in dx11 mode with more stutter. Jeeeez I was just spending a lot of time last couple of days with this game again.
Wait so the update is just ray tracing? That's a disappointment. I thought they went back and updated all the textures and other quality settings. All they did was add RTX features
Okay i have 3060 (not Ti) and i get that i leave RT off mut what about resolution? I dont want to play 1080p settings cause i have 4K tv so i will use it but how much i have to come down on graph settings with 4K or does it really matter? I mean who wants to play any game with no 4K ol these days 😅
If you can stomach 20fps for the sake of a higher res, power to you
