I actually did get the chance to fly A3 J on a longer route, but it was a ~4 hour redeye so was more worried about sleeping than filming. Was definitely one of my favorite meals on a plane. Thanks for the comment :)
If this is one of your first reviews then take my advice and don’t use music during take off. The sound of the turbo engines is just perfect. Keep up the effort.
1:10 one employee is saying: I want a coffee with your check in agent responding: I’ll tell you about yesterday when he is gone (in a really rude, unprofessional way). I always find handling/check in agents in Athens to be unprofessional (except a few ones) and rude, even when I am using the business class counters. They lack professionalism and manners, are bored to do their job and many times during covid have found them to not have any knowledge about documentation and not following safety measures at the gates.
I didn't notice! Unfortunate if that's the norm for Goldair Handling, although my experience with actual Aegean staff was nothing but pleasant. Hopefully Aegean can do something about the professionalism situation at check-in.
Good video! I'm Greek and Cypriot(Greek dad, Cypriot mom) living in America, and I flew "Olympic" between Larnaca and Athens and back. It was bizarre to me why Aegean would essentially wet lease these flights to Olympic which they also own. Olympic used to fly 747s to New York-JFK, now they're Aegean's tool for screwing Star Alliance members out of points(an Olympic flight doesn't net these points, but an Aegean flight would), or a domestic carrier within Greece. Nonetheless, it's a good product. Aegean has a great reputation, the real Olympic didn't always.

Aegean/Olympic is a great airline - next time try and get on one of Aegean's longer routes because the catering is absolutely superb. Cool vid!
