At least you got what you paid for, I paid for seats upgrade and when I got to the flight just had regular seats. Really bad company that will never see a penny from me.

I don't blame Carlos for having a blasé day if he has to serve rubber food to his poor passengers! He probably has to listen to complaints and can't do anything about it! I've been in customer service and had my hands tied. Not a good place to be. I would rather have enjoyable food for that much money on my travels! Great videos! Thanks for sharing 👍

We just flew Iberia from Madrid to Dallas in Premium Economy and it was the most horrendous flight experience ever. Flight crews were lazy and rude. The plane was old and dingy. NEVER AGAIN!!

I just dropped a million miles to send 7 people to Europe after college graduation. One of them is returning on Iberia in PE. After seeing your review, and a couple others, I am contemplating canceling that flight and moving him to Business Class on a different airline:(

Iberia is a joke and should've gone bust ages ago, wasn't it for corrupt officials bailing these companies out. I flew Iberia a couple of times, the first time it was so bad I though it could only be a fluke, second time it was exactly the same and I've learned my lesson. Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice, shame on myself. If you find yourself skimping on your comfort for a few dollars difference between a more decent air company, I'd be thinking twice, especially if it's Iberia. I'd give negative stars if I could and would think twice even if they've paid me to fly with them.

Que esperas en clase premium de iberia que te traten como en bussines ? , no creo , pero si te digo que es una de las mejores compañías del mundo , no esperes que te den caviar por unos cuantos dólares , si quieres ser vip , compra un billete en bussines !! , dicho esto , buen reportaje aunque discutible !! Ah ?, a lo de la rotura de la chapa , ese avión va de ida y vuelta el mismo día haciendo escala de un par de horas como mucho , no creo que sea la intención de arreglarlo en esos minutos , es más importante otras cosas como el combustible , pero vamos es fácil criticar sin conocer !!
