Guess what! I was one of the people to become flexible within seven days, thanks to my friend for giving me the motivation to do it! Now it had passed half a year and I am so darn flexible. Now at this rate, my dad thinks I’m crazy with all the contortion. Actually, my whole family thinks it’s starting to get annoying because I’m getting so obsessed. I remember my old self ALWAYS giving up on doing the splits after one millisecond ;-;.

A few months ago I decided I wanted to be able to do the spilts and I’ve been doing it for a while now and I finally got it! I’m working on my middle spilts and my back bend now and I’ve made a lot of progress! This really helped my motivation, thank you!!!!
Pretty great results. I’m so inflexible I’ve never been able to touch my toes. Guess it’s time to start trying again. As a triathlon coach, I would recommend putting in some active recovery days or cross-training to relieve the lactic acid. Also some foam roller/stick/massage gun after would help.

Whoaaa that’s a cool contraption that you used to measure the middle split. I’ve been trying to do a middle split for YEARS. I can put my body down, but I haven’t made much progress with my legs. My butterfly is good too, so I’m curious on maybe incorporating that machine thing. That’s awesome!
