- Carl Vargas hasn't watched the video of himself get tossed through the air like a rag doll, or two people in the car that blew the red light hitting him hop into another car and drive away.

He was speeding which is crazy. On a motor bike at that.

Carl is lucky to be alive! Why is MPD not looking into this? Absolutely disgusting. This man was almost killed due to people stealing a car! And then was robbed while out? Shameful! Something needs to be done
Mpd doesn’t care about a case like this. The victims was unfortunately speeding which is not reported….

@@TbhIThink and speeding makes a difference? We’ve all sped at one time in our life. But regardless, what about the person whose car it was that was stolen? The damage to the car due to them running a red light and hitting someone.! The issues the car owner will have with their insurance company because their car was stolen and damaged. You hear about it all the time. That’s the problem with Mary Moriarity. She goes way too easy on car thieves. They are back on the street almost immediately to steal again. And this one is being ignored because the person who was hit was speeding? That’s ridiculous. The car was still stolen and that issue needs to be addressed. There need to be consequences for the thieves and the people we put in office. So I will just vote to get Mary Moriarity out of office. Things need to change.

Wow! This is absolutley disgusting! Who could be so calous as to steal from a man who was hit so tragically!! I feel so sad for this poor victim who has retained injuries from some careless fool who clearly should not have been driving! I wish him sincere grace and better health going forward! 🙏🕊️🤗
Classic MPD, "needs more funding" to continue not having any presence on the streets of MPLS. MPD wont stretch their legs unless you come after them.

Welcome to the liberal city of Minneapolis and the county of Hennepin. Lets be honest, if and whenever they catch your suspect, they would face very minor consequences.
