I use Microsoft OneNote most everything and google calendar. If I need to take site measurements etc. I do it all in that app. But I do love watching vids on how others organize their life.

The way that you organize seems to fit what I have been trying, which is more than two tools, as I always try to condense it to one! I'm so excited about the book, I've preordered. We have very similar planning styles. I have tried to use notion but it's a bit too much for me at the moment, I really like click up but If I'm honest I've been leaning into using OneNote for my notetaking needs.
I wish I was this planned out and organized lol, I do love me a to-do list and it’s the only way to get all of the “clutter” and stress off of my mind and onto paper so that I can start working. The Virgo in your chart must be strong Minnie lol 😂

I only use my phone for planning when I need to, so taking notes on the go and adding something o my calendar. Most of the time I use my computer when I want a proper view of everything.

I used Google Tasks which is similar to Note. A good way to organise the columns is BACKLOG | DOING | DONE
