The point is to form a community. I understand how it may appear unnecessary at first glance. But being associated with a group of Helldivers that are committed and you're familiar with is hardly the worst thing. Leaks are indicating that clans are going to become a feature. As a feature, I can only imagine accommodations will be made for it. Getting started early is never a bad idea. For all those reasons, you should reconsider and become a Deployment Chief.

Whats the point, whats to gain? im Already a hell commander with friends, I dont see the point of a clan with an 4player coop game.
The point is to form a community.
