I finished this video because I appreciate the channel but wow that storyline was a messsss. After minute 3 I was like like, whaaaa? And then it started to get funny after minute 8 because of the writing of this comic.

Yeah I think initially they were going for a really slow burn mystery, and when they decided that wasnt working they back-peddled so hard they created something so different that it was just a mess.
