Is there a way to to fix an error that shows Modem profile not set ?? with 2 options below,
1)Terminal mgr entry, 2) continue. this appears after removing a tempered prompt and appears continuously even after restarting.

We have the 520/820 system. Always get the CAPK Expired error message showing up on the 820. Is this because of end of life for the 520?

That is one of those errors that you may have to get changed in the merchant account file, which would cause the need to upgrade/change the terminal out.
