Im on my way shortly to philippines for the 6th time in past 10 years.
Shes by fare the best singer i have seen in philippines malls.
Its an every day thing for them in sm malls all over philippine to sing by a careoke mashine, even in the smallest towns.
U should try look out for 4th impact/ 4th power they had to change their name to later one do to some legal issues with another band by same first group name.
Alisah bonaobra is great too and theres a bunch of guys too.
But in generel there is so so many good singers in ph.
Many famelies lieces a careoke mashine for bigger city or street parties.

Philippino singers ..... her on yt and u will see.

Listening to all her covers i still dont get how we have so many musicians now a days that are horrible and this girl hasnt been discovered was wrong with the music industry.
shelly yastagirl I tell you why, because she sings like a karaoke style instead of a love song, the feeling is not exactly there. I went to a karaoke joint recently and there were 3 normal ladies who can pull off any Whitney Houston songs but if they walked into any recording studios, they will failed inside the sound studio. Singing loud & hitting high notes live is different from singing alone in the quiet studio booth, the feeling is very important especially high ballad love songs. You must first understand what is the song about & break down the feel of it so people can get it. I am in the music industry, it’s very difficult to find young generations to understands what is the basic of singing by not pushing it.

umm they are satanic and evil. its a trillion dollar industry and controlled, or was. the internet is helping alot to break up the control of the big labels. but the superstars will usually come from the labels and they will have satanic stuff in the videos and songs.
rap was becoming a threat so they turned it into hip hop where its all about hypnotic sounds instead of empowering lyrics. its the same with movies and tv shows. they say we want that trash so thats why they push it on us.
i watch netflix instead of tv and now it seems most of their shows are about murder, guns, sex, demons, etc. horror movies are mostly about demons and its not even scary. its just sick satanic trash. i could make a better scary movie.
Get that girl a recording contract! FAST!!!! Better than anything on the radio now!

Im a old skool Whitney Houston fan... And some ppl don't know how hard it is to hit every note to sing Whitney Houston songs and this girl just did that... Wow im so impressed and amazed😃👏!!!
At the time this was recorded, her family was homeless and living in the back of a fire station. She would go to the mall after school and sing her heart out on the $50.00 karaoke machine, hoping to get noticed. Needless to say, she was picked up by the Ellen show and lifted from Singapore to the USA with her family. It's an amazing story, really.
No. She wasn't studying during that time. She went on that big city to try her luck on a contest where she was rejected. Wanting to prove herself, she and her mon stayed there, homeless and with only few possessions. At night, she and her mom sleep on a fire station and in the morning, wonder everywhere to seek for job. One time when she was not able to follow her mom on the grocery because of her remarkable red backpack, she stayed outside and wait. While waiting she sees a man wanting to purchase a karaoke. He was testing it and the sales agent was there convincing the product is good. Then zendee was coaching the man as he was singing to test the karaoke. Then the man, out of irritability, let zendee just own the moment and sing so she would stop singin with him. Thats when she started the turning point of her life.

People from the Philippines can sing like that. Look at dude in Journey. They have naturally higher voices so they can hit the high notes easier. She's actually struggling a little with the low notes. But that's how it works. Set the key where your money shot is in your best high range. She sounded really good.

I'm from the Philippines and can't carry a tune if my life depends on it. In fact, none in my immediate family can sing. But know this: in every town in that country -- big or small -- there is always someone who can do cover songs that will send chills down your spine. If there ever is an Olympics event for singing, my country would be in the medal rounds all the time. And that's a fact; not a brag.

This young lady should be signed to a reputable recording company. She is better than most of the artists who have become famous millionaires with less talent. I really hope someone who is genuine and influential, takes this young lady under their wing, and gives her the opportunity she deserves.
