WOW, sung through a cheap microphone, recorded on an ancient iPhone and played through my PC speaker and the sound quality of her voice was still AMAZING.
You're born with a good voice or not and some people have 0 training and can still reproduce perfection without any practice and have incredible alluring voices. She should thank her evolutionary genetics for that talent.

I’m just astounded by the utterly pure perfection of her voice and how she controls every note with such ease. If she sounds that amazing on a little Walmart karaoke 🎤..... just imagine what she’d sound like in a studio setting! It’s like she just stepped up there and blessed every person who was fortunate enough to be shopping that day. I love how the employees were clearly impressed, especially the one who tried to get back to sweeping but only managed to push his broom a couple of times and just went right back to his “lookout post” behind the display rack trying to not be so obvious but not wanting to miss the show LOL! She was on many Contest on Stage already.. But the trend in Philippines are: if you have a handler or manager to push your career and exposure on t.v that would be an added factor. If you have also a good connection on People who work on T.V.

The key is proper restraint, control, and the shape of your vowels:))) once you master that, vibrato comes easily, as does power with breath support. I’ve been a professional singer for a while now:) oh also, it depends on the day and the song sung by the singer. She was clearly in a great vocal place that day:))) but every singer has days where they sound almost completely amateur😂😅it’s natural:) but she definitely nailed this performance!

WHO KNOWS? Perhaps, she does perform on a stage (school, church, social events, malls, etc.) MAYBE she just does not perform on stages such as American or Pop Idol!
She has an excellent control over her voice, which makes me think that she may have had a bit of voice training. That PLUS her "natural" talent/gift makes this young songstress a great candidate for BIG STAGE PERFORMANCES, such as America's Got Talent, The Voice and yes-even American Idol!
But, we will also have to remember such VENUES are no place for "shy" performers! You must have CONFIDENCE and perform well under stress & pressure. It takes way MORE than a lovely voice to succeed as a PROFESSIONAL SINGER "or" A MEGA STAR!
Does she have the "it" factor? Personality is also important! She appears to be very HUMBLE (that's a good starting point) and very FUN (look at that smile, she's a WINNING BEAUTY)! I would love to meet this young girl and ask her if she desires to be a (local) Pro-singer, a WORLD RENOWNED Mega-professional singer, A STAR Entertainer/Performer (that means she will have to "work" that stage)!!! :-D OR would she desire to be an Artist that sings at coffee shops, social functions (such as wedding, birthday & anniversary celebrations, clubs, churches, malls, Glee club, Rotary Club, theme Parks, cruise ships, rodeos, athletic events & political galas? Hum....the possibilities are UNLIMITED!
Like I mentioned earlier, she may already be doing some of the above (we wouldn't know unless someone POST it on "public" social media sites). Q: Is she getting PAID to PERFORM? Does she have a reputable Agent/Sponsor??? Are her parents & family supportive?, what is her private/personal life like?, Is she serious about anyone? What is the family relationship like? Is she popular? Does she have an army of friends or a few really good ones? Is she a good student? Does she like traveling to known and unknown places, What are her hobbies, Does she play any instruments? How does she feel when separated from her family & friends? Does she get along with people (in general), Does she get along with other performers? Does she enjoy competition, talent or variety shows? Where does she see herself in 3-15 yrs? What are her short term & long term GOALS? What is her favorite type of songs or music? I would also ask her WHO inspires you? Who is your favorite artist or musician? Oh, I can think of so many questions (the list goes on and on and on)!
Perhaps, she will SEE this RUclips post and ANSWER some of these questions! ;-D

The key is proper restraint, control, and the shape of your vowels:))) once you master that, vibrato comes easily, as does power with breath support. I’ve been a professional singer for a while now:) oh also, it depends on the day and the song sung by the singer. She was clearly in a great vocal place that day:))) but every singer has days where they sound almost completely amateur😂😅it’s natural:) but she definitely nailed this performance!
