    Amazing! Though i don’t plan on getting a condo from my HDB unit, i do find this very interesting to watch and listen to this!

    Great video! Do you think there is still upside potential for Parc Clematis as a subsale/resale? Seeing psf already close to 2200 to 2300 now

    Any reason why most of your viewers request to review condos in West - Daintree and Parc clematis? Maybe we can do one in East too Amber Park!

      Hi there, yes pricing in indeed quite high for an OCR development and therefore my rating for "pricing" is only 6/10. On the bright side, other nearby developments like The Trillinq, Twin View, Whistler Grand and Clavon are all close to $2000 psf we well. Parc Clematis also scores well on other aspects such as location, facilities, demand vs supply and layout. On balance, I feel Parc Clematis still can buy at this price.
