    Yes stationary bike (cycling) or reg bike riding, walking is like best exercises and water therapy, steam sauna,. 💪🚶 🚲🤽

    😅 Your body uses two forms of energy. Glucose (sugar) in the blood stream and fat.
    High intensity cardio (running) uses glucose as an energy source. No fat is used. You replace the sugar at the next meal. Most meals are filled with too many calories, carbs, and sugar.
    Steady state cardio (brisk walking) uses fat as the energy source. Fat is molecule that has a chemical structure. Exercise + Oxygen breaks down those molecules (aka burn fat).
    😂 You don't need a special program or guru. Reduce your sugar intake and walk 20-30 minutes every day.
