Jai Hind ma'am, agar aap namak cook hone k pehle dalenge to cooking time hamesha increase ho jati hai. Salt koi bhi dish ban ne k baad mix karna better hai. Dusra energy ya electricity bhi save hoga jo important hai. Pressure cooker me bhi dal banne k baad salt tadka dalne k pehle dalna better hai. Salt increases the boiling point of water if added & hence increases cooking time by quite a bit. Secondly never should one add salt in an aluminium pressure cooker. This is to prevent aluminium salts & compound formation which may b harmful to health in long run. Your videos r very interesting 🎉& helpful
