Amazon sells a set of 3 clear jelly stampers, that's where I got mine. One is small like the one you got and the other 2 are big.
The ones I use are the 3pc set from Amazon as well! They work great.

Just throwing it out there if you have sharp edges on a plate you purchased try filing it down ..specially so no 1 gets hurt!

Heyy I have the same templates and stamper but it doesn't work as well as yours ... do you have any tips maybe the nail polish ?
It could be any number of things, but try using a more pigmented polish.
