I would change your approach and start dating a girls that are more mature. Figure out what you want, and be directly on your first date. Asking probing question on all topics, her parents, family, friends, job, religion, sex, where she see herself in the next few years. How she feels about you owning your own house. That you been in relationships before that have not worked out? Etc.
If the woman you're with answers anything you can't live with, aka a red flag, move on. Remember it a vast sea out there, and the fish you want may look different then you imagine, so keep an open mind.
