Main one would be a layer of sour cream/cottage cheese (equal parts. And the old school regular fat stuff). The low and non-fat just turns to water. This layer on top of meat & beans. Then May I suggest Monterey Jack (at least mixed with cheddar) on top. Anyways, thank you for your video.
My grandchildren love tacos, but this sounds really good for a potluck dinner and so easy. Thank you! I'm going to make it for our family reunion, and I'll let you know what I think. I'm almost sure they will be asking for more of this the next time we have a gathering. I will let you know how the family liked it.

Looks delicious! I was going to buy ground beef at Aldi yesterday to make some taco meat, but they had chopped and seasoned taco steak for the same price so I ended up getting that instead to use for some tacos/quesadillas/rice bowls this week.

Can I leave the beans out and put peppers and mushrooms in instead ? I don’t like the texture of beans 🤮(except Heinz baked beans 😝) I can’t imagine a world without cheese either 🤗
I think you could play around with it and make it however you’d like. Maybe less liquid in the meat mixture so it isn’t runny. Chris doesn’t care for beans either but...they are good for him 😂🤣 I’m like the mother hen nudging him to eat the beans!
If I ever try this will have to tweet the ground beef with soya bits and the cheese with the veggi brand, but im trying to say away from to much cheese cause it not so healthy but other than that the food look great.
