How to cook Meatloaf wrapped in Bacon! Ultimate Meal

2LBS Ground beef 80/20
2 Eggs Large
2 TBLS Worcestershire
1 Large Yellow or Vidalia Onion minced
1 pound of Hickory Smoked Bacon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Paprika
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, eggs, worcestershire sauce onion and seasoning until blended.
Using a bread loaf pan I recommend the copper chef. Lay the bacon out in the pan be sure to cover all sides and center. Once all the bacon is in the pan add your ground beef and mold it to the loaf pan. Be sure you have preheated your oven to 350* Using another pan lay the loaf pan in the middle of the pan on the rack. Do not overcook your meatloaf!! Look for internal Temp of 135* take the temp from the middle of the loaf. Remove the loaf at 135* wrap in aluminum foil be sure to wrap it tight. This will insure your meatloaf will not dry out and continue cooking while resting. Remove from loaf pan after 15 Minutes of resting and slice serve with mashed taters or whatever you fancy.
