I've been shopping BR for 75% of my clothing staples for 2+ years. They really upped their game. Their jeans are designer quality but less money. I usually only buy stuff on sale because the prices can be high but they almost always have sales.
Their quality has gone down a lot. When at a garment and how it's made and what material they use it just doesn't fit the price. The stitching on most things is wonky, material is cheaper looking and feel, and their knitwear peels a lot. Their things just don't last in my closet as long anymore. The making is just no different than their sister brand Old Navy.

Wow 80? Is a sale? Don’t get me wrong it’s cute but like Ross/Burlington has similar clothes for 10$
I thought it was just me with the scratches, but it’s usually my whole upper body from chest to hip
I LOVE Banana Republic but can't afford it.
