The problem is that $5,000,000 to one special interest added to the next $5,000,000 million special interest someplace else adds up fast in a bill full of "pork." This is how millions become tens of millions and then hundreds of millions, etc.
We have enough museums , people want hip hop than go to the club , what we really need is job training and than job placement for people in the bronx, music is not going to pay the bills and pay for a family and car- stop funding day dreaming and fund a better life for these people!
