Cool reaction video. We are the road crew for George Thorogood & The Destroyers, just letting you know that the band is still alive and well and currently going in their 46th year on the road. We just completed a tour of New Zealand and Australia and started our US tour before the world got shut down. We hope to resume touring as soon as it is safe to do so. Thanks for the props and maybe we’ll see you when we roll through New Jersey.
You guys are the best. This song was my late Uncle's favorite song. Both my Uncle Mark and Bad to the Bone will be forever etched into my heart and mind. Keep up the great work. Seeing you all in concert someday is definitely on my bucket list!
@George Thorogood Road Crew I’m 22, and for as long as I can remember, When I Listen to George, Mr. Thorogood, this man.. I always have these expressions I see him using here. And any great instrumentation makes me squint and move that way, it’s amazing. I’ve always loved the music these guys create, however this is my first time seeing a live performance video of him. It was sensational to see him so inside the music. Wow, brilliant, I’d like to thank him for creating countless classics, and should be classic songs and sounds. You are a living legend sir, may you jam for many more years to come!
I would like to reply to the road crew for George. I have seen him 8 times. I got to meet him once backstage in Shelton Wa. Little Creek Casino. His band is arguably my favorite. What I love about George is he has turned me onto so many old blues song he covers. And he covers about 100 of them. Probably more. He takes those old unheard songs add a killer slide guitar, a rocking lead guitar and a wicked sax and takes those old songs to a higher level. Thank you guys for keeping him going night in and night out. Nobody does more shows than George and the boys!
@@LesSmith45 Thanks. Hopefully we'll be back on the road soon. Most of the shows have been rescheduled for 2021. Keep an eye on his website for official dates. As soon as they say we can go back to it we will. We're all chomping at the bit to get back on the road.
I saw George that year , and many other times ! No Matter What you always got more then your money's worth ! When we can see live shows again I will be seeing the Band once again ! Ride on George Ride On !
This is blues rock! George is one of the best slide and steel guitar players around, and he has played with some of the best in the biz. Hopefully I can see him live again! BTW, you might like "Who Do You Love"
Ive seen all the greatest rock acts from those days. Stones, Springsteen, ACDC , Kiss, Pink Floyd on and on and on......... George Thorogood 1986 Concord Pavillion, Concord California . The single greatest performance Ive ever seen. What a show he put on that night. 2 hours. Non stop energy.
saw him in oncert in ... 2000 or so.. such a cool mo-fo... you know how some people project swaggerr and you know they're full of shit? he has the swagger you know it's legit
CHEEEEEEEEESE!!!! Good one bro. Like other comments have mentioned you gotta listen too 1 bourdon 1 scotch 1 beer. Gotta love the blues. If you like the blues as well try some Stevie Ray Vaughn on for size.
Hey man! I love the channel, you should really check out Charles Bradley-Changes or Charles Bradley-Why is it so hard. It's not rock or metal or rap. It's some real soul music.
I love this song it's a blues classic. You should check out Stevie Ray Vaughan Voodoo Child also check out some Joe Satriani,Steve Vai,& Nuno Bettencourt
You do realize that he also made Bo Diddley a fortune as well. The songwriters make just as much if not more than the artist does when a song is covered. Just saying. Glad you enjoy it.
Robert Slack it’s all good. Not being negative. George and Bo we’re good friends. George absolutely respects the blues artists that have made his and many others careers possible, and constantly gives them credit and admiration for it. Thanks again.

He made a fortune ripping off Bo Diddley. Still good stuff.
He did give Bo Diddley props, tho.
