I think the video misses one most important point. Adachi is the mirror image of Yu. And it is meant to exist in the narrative as a warning of what potential without friends can lead to. Thats why I like Ying Yang so much, it shows the similarities between Yu and Adachi. Apologies for that. This was mainly why I personally like adachi and why I think he's the best villian of the persona series, i wasn't really trying to go into his character that much and all of that, once again apologizes for not mentioning it

I simply believe that when talking about Adachi, as a character, as a motif, and as a whole plot, one cannot ignore the Japanese symbolism. Who likes to play with parallels. Yu and Adachi are mirror images of each other. Dealing with the problem in a different way. The lesson of Persona 4, its wisdom, is the power of friendship, the value that comes from connection.
