You remember the clear plastic bag with the wrenches when you unpacked it? There was a washer in there, black with weird wavy edges. Any idea what it is for? Ah, " *whatever this thing does* " lol.

...that's a copy sleeve.
it is a template guide or guide bushing. designed for copying templates. it fits into the center of the base.
