Even RUclips comments on Ayaneo videos have complains of the customer service. So it seems to be that bad. I'm interested in Ayaneo Pocket S but the horror stories deters me. Too much money to gamble on possibly a good device out of the box.
I love their devices. And they have great customer service. I’ve had two of there devices go bad on me. Not only did they replace them. They upgraded them for free. trust me no company is great. You work with what you got!
focus on xbox, ps3 and wiiu, and then ryujinx and yuzu. this device is same price as top tier ARM device. good to see how our future will move towards.

That Vega 6 graphics are not enough in 2024... I don't understand how there are people who are interested in this garbage when they can save a little more money on a steam deck that is superior

Think a little and save on a steam deck that is superior in everything and is worth the money, the aya neo next lite is not worth it and they are overvaluing it
I know that no company is perfect, but I just see horror stories all over Reddit and lack of customer service regarding said issues.

You get 1 email a day. I'd buy third party and have them deal with it rather than direct from the manufacturer.

Hey man, could you emulate the more challenging switch games like TOTK or/and BOTW? Also, attempt some PS3, maybe some Skate 3 and GT5/GT6

No they changed it to Windows. And they will hand out HoloISO images that you can install later.

it runs a decent amount of AAA games at 30 fps plus, modern AAA games are releasing with 30 fps 4K at launch...
