Man you can tell music was just that escape. Multi instrument player , his vocals, his lyrics you can tell he put so much of that into his music and it was truly a passion.

Mac’s KIDS sums up high school for me. The thrill of being young, experiencing life with friends, trying to make the most of the time while we had it. I’m getting goosebumps just thinking back to those times. Didn’t know we were making memories, we were just having fun
Ive been rapping for 13 YEARS! And NO BS WHEN I say. I’ve gotten COMPARED TO MAC OVER 5000 times.. and the crazy part is i never played any of his music and just became a fan literally in the past 6 months. I LOVE MACMILLERTYPE BEATS and made over 5 albums. We got two completely different styles. But I love the fact how my music makes people think of him but also kinda sad seeing his fans miss him so much. I would love you guys to check my RUclips and decide yourself. I also remixed one of his song as a tribute for the late artist.
He was beyond incredible. He was a musical genius and not just a rapper, more than an artist- he was an experience. He was Beyond his time. He was a wonderful human- no one has anything bad to say about him. He was honestly too good- too pure of a soul, to stay long on this earth and things will never be the same without him. He is and will forever be loved. He saved my life… And to be honest I have a hard time even talking about him being gone because it was a devastating event and I don’t want to believe he’s really gone. I love you Mac and besides my dad and best friend, you’ll be the first person I look for after this life… Most Dope… that’s forever. I enjoyed watching this- Thank you ❤
Grew up listening to Mac-first found The High Life on datpiff when he and I were both high school seniors in 2010. Had his personal FB page and he had messaged me back when I got to college regarding doing a show on campus. Never came to fruition of course- but at one point Mac had replied straight back to me. For a split second Mac knew who I was. Followed his career so closely all the way through and loved every drop (Nikes on my feet, KIDS, faces, WMWTSO) all come to mind first. A day after Swimming dropped I went to my now wifes house and showed her Ladders. I was so excited about where all this was going. Long live Mac Miller.
Damn dude that’s honestly so dope, I was like 12-13 when Mac first started getting recognized for “Best Day Ever” so by that point he’d already blown up and had too much going on. I however was 15-16 when Jack Harlow first started rapping and I was obsessed with his shit. Nobody knew who he was like today and I got to text back and forth with him about a show and then got to meet him but I’m way more envious of your story 😂😂 thanks for sharing dude ❤️

Im really mad at myself for not giving Mac's music a chance before he died. Before that all I had heard was that song with Ariana and I wrote him off as just another corny radio rapper. It wasnt until years later when I met my now fiancé who is a huge Mac Miller fan and she put me onto his music. I still remember I was having a really tough time one day and I stumbled on his live performance of the song 2009 and it just spoke to my soul and I instantly became a fan. I cant even put that song on now without ugly crying 10 seconds in. I actually made a custom clipper (thats what I do for my business) as a tribute to Mac for a customer and that piece meant so much to me. Ive struggled and overcome multiple addictions in my life and still battle many demons daily much like we all do. Although Mac's demons got the best of him, he is a certified legend and will continue to inspire so many including me. R.I.P. Mac Miller

Since you titled the video “So It Goes” I wanted to mention that in the book 'Slaughterhouse-Five' by Kurt Vonnegut, the phrase 'So it goes' is used each time a death happens in the story. I think there definitely has to be a connection there, Mac nodding to the same idea as Kurt about life's chaos and the inevitability of death. Also, when Mac repeats 'So It Goes', I think it kinda sounds like he's saying “Circles, circles, circles”? Might be nothing but also could be a double entendres in reference to his posthumous album. Either way, Mac was consistently reaching new levels in music and I wish he was still here.

He was bigger than her, because he was humble, respected everyone, was happy about the appreciation he got and changed her in a huge way. Arianas best years have been between 2016-2018, because she was happy because of him, I have never seen her laugh that much since then. I dont know, why she already dated Pete Davidson and engaged to him shortly after the disband. Imagine if u were Mac , u would be broken, I guess he was about it too. I understand, why she uses Pete as a distraction, although it was honestly awful. Despite that, it was definitely not her fault he died because of the overdose, she couldnt just handle it anymore, but I guess if she could change something it would be that.
