      At the beach I saw a toddler fall on sand and as soon as he hit the ground the whole family clapped and cheered. Kiddo was too overwhelmed / confused by their reaction that he completely forgot he was about to cry, he just looked at them wide eyed and eventually went back to his thing 😂😂

      @@tuononnovainbici LOL. I remember when mine were 6,4 and 2 and hubby had to go 2000 miles away for 4 months for job training. One day a week I literally had about 20 minutes for dinner and we had to have it in the car. I made it an "indoor picnic" in the minivan and the kids LOVED it. They remember how fun it was to this day. I played along but wanted to rip my hair out, lol. "Life is Beautiful" is one of my fav. movies too! That beach story is funny.

      @@YFL.111 so no, in fact you cannot read. cool.
      you're never going to learn anything if you just _judge_ people too quickly like that and instantly decide that they have nothing to teach you, you know.
      re-watch the video, and tell me again if you really cannot see even a _single_ moment where the theme "confidence isn't everything" may have been taught.
      translation note: "confidence" = bravery or courage.

    • @J0ECRAWF15H
      @J0ECRAWF15H 3 года назад

      @@YFL.111 alright then, don't learn anything new. you know 2 and a half languages already, you're all set, right?
      Here in America "confidence if key" is a common saying. often translates into something more like 'confidence is the only thing that matters'
      It's an important first step for people, to have confidence in themselves in what they're doing, but this does sort of fail to acknowledge those times when confidence was maybe lacking for a good reason.
      Here, we see a good example of how the mentality of "confidence is everything" is clearly wrong, as no matter how _confident_ the baby is in her shot, once dad turns on the *real* defense, she has no shot.
      some things in life _are_ hopeless. this is a lesson that never gets taught here.
