Credit to you for being willing to travel to Pakistan and experience the country and its people first hand. They are a generous, friendly, hard working and proud people, nothing like the picture that gets painted in much of the media.
Great video Gary. I think you should be the government’s new Foreign Secretary! Your public relations skills are second to none. A great ambassador for the game of golf 👏
Hahah 😂😅 Thank you 😃 I will conclude with a real full in depth review of golf and more in Pakistan at the end of the series, however, I want people to get Abit of a taste, and see abit from the vlogs first 👌🏼
That is the color of the grass in winter, when it goes dormant, going "to sleep." Same thing happens to Bermuda grass, which is the dominant type of grass in the southeastern USA. When the weather warms up, usually in late spring, the grass wakes up and uses stored nutrients, becoming green.
I read the comments and realised what a great blessing you have done on us visiting here. Thanks to you and all the followers for their positive comments. Let's make the world a lovely home❤.
Hi gaz. Wot a lovely looking place. Is it me or are the people out there so Nice, polite, just watching that fella picking your tee up collecting your club .wow . Keep up the great work fella
We only played at one course where the greens weren’t upto much, although these don’t look green due to being their winter season, they are good condition.
Gaz, this is really incredible. Who knew Pakistan had golf courses and for the Pines to make you an honorary member is so classy. The Pakistani folk and Toheed are an absolute delight. Toheed is sandbagging you with that phony back injury. 😂 His game looks great. And Gaz, you’d better keep those PXG irons!
Do they call it Bermuda grass? I don’t think it matters how much water it gets, it won’t go green until the summer heat and sun light. Pakistan is pretty cold between October and January.
@@garymartingolf I remember in Spain when I went one winter they said the grass hibernates and I thought what a load of rubbish but obviously not. Every day is a learning day 😂😂
It's great to tune in and watch very good golf by both of you. Are the greens bobbley because they look so dry, or do they run true? Also Gaz please tell me you haven't gone all the way to Pakistan without any tee's 😂😂
Looks lovely but I have felt uncomfortable watching balls from 6 inches being tapped into the hole for the caddy to have to then pick it out of the hole!!! I know it is a cultural thing but it just doesn't sit right. I would pay for a caddy for advice and club care but no more.
You’re not the first person to mention it, in Britain, it doesn’t matter if you’re a cleaner or a police man, I treat everyone with the same respect and that didn’t sit right with me either. Throughout the week, even my strong opinions mellowed on some things, but not all, and I’ll be making a very good conclusion after the series 🤌🏼
infact most are allowed to play a certain number of rounds per month, free. They get paid handsome amount per local standard and most are college students and do this part time. Many caddies turn professional

Fantastic video Gary. Looking forward to seeing the rest 🏌🏼♂️

@@garymartingolf Looking forward to the full review. I can’t remember seeing any other RUclipsr reviewing golf in Pakistan. Great work Gaz 👍
Unbelievable Gaz you need to create a Gaz plays golf around the world and open up everyone’s eyes to golf around the world. Great stuff 💫
Thank you Gary Martin form coming in Pakistan and Pines Golf Club. We always welcoming you ❤.
Regards
Mohsin Ali
Another good video,we are discovering a new world of golf .well done Gary.
We move onto the next course after todays video 👌🏼
Great match, Taheed's game is definately coming along, looks like it would be a stunning course. What have we got to look forward to.
It's a fantastic course but it's lush in the summer
Amazing Gaz and it’s really good seeing Toheed playing on your channel again and he’s still playing well, course looks stunning
Amazing looking course looks like it could do with a drink of water
I thought that, but it just won’t change colour until the summer 😅

Neat course. 👍

This golf course needs more people promoting it like you Gary. The place looks like it needs a good downpour to get colour into the grass
Another banging video Gary! And the golf game is looking good too 🔥🔥🔥
Course looks awesome!! I hope you're having a blast over there pal.
Thanks Lex
Gary, what a great start to the tour! I'm gutted I lost both birdies....🤣😉
Looks like a really challenging course and everyone seems so friendly and welcoming
nice course
Can't believe the greens, they look like they'd be slow and bumpy but then the ball rolls true and just keeps going!
We only played at one course where the greens weren’t upto much, although these don’t look green due to being their winter season, they are good condition.
@@garymartingolfthe grasses are from the US and they lay dormant in winter, they will be green in summer

Haha, I know 😃 His back injury never seems to stop him making good scores 😂
Gaz give us some food updates! I love Pakistani food and what to see what you are eating?
I fear the English palate abroad.
Have they had a really dry spell? If the other nine holes turn out as well constructed as the front nine it will be fantastic.
Do they call it Bermuda grass? I don’t think it matters how much water it gets, it won’t go green until the summer heat and sun light. Pakistan is pretty cold between October and January.
Must say taheed seems a top bloke
Course layout looked great. What’s the crack with the grass, is it that colour due to the summer heat?
No, it’s the opposite. I thought that. The grass only goes green in the summer months, it doesn’t matter how much you water it, it won’t have it 😅
@@garymartingolf I remember in Spain when I went one winter they said the grass hibernates and I thought what a load of rubbish but obviously not. Every day is a learning day 😂😂
Brilliant vlogs Gaz! So jealous with the weather hear being so awful. Let’s get together after the 15th!
Great video Gaz. Great to see Taheed back on the Chanel 🏌🏿♂️
Thanks Craig, Gary dragged me in once again.....
Well done gaz 😊
Gary, you still in Pakistan? Great video. Well done
How good has he got!!
He’s not played worse than an 18 handicap all week, he’s defiantly never having 18 shots off me again 😂😂
It’s great to see, his hard work has paid off and when you think back to his first on course vlogs the change is fantastic
Need to get some water on those greens
Looks amazing mate what was the temperature out there.
It was about 19*-25* during my visit. Good warm weather! Only a couple of days that were slightly on the too hot side.
Garry bro please make the new video of Royal Palm match please
It’s coming don’t worry, I have to do them all in order 👌🏼
Toheed will kick your butt!! Class act these vids Gaz
Haha, he’s too much off 18 now, he needs to put some cards in when he comes home 😅 thanks 🙏🏼
Hope you’ve had a good trip Gaz, I think Toheed needs his handicap trimming 😂

Fair play Gaz
Odd
Those caddy's are probably paid about 10p a day sorry but not for me
Why? You could pay what you wish

Cool intro music to this little series with Toheed, and his game has come on from last time I seen him 🏌️
Yeah, he’s played steady this week and the course we move onto aren’t easy at all 😳
Think you’ve found your USP great video showcasing these courses congratulations on the honorary membership 🏌️⛳️👍
Thank you, and thanks for watching 👌🏼
