Gary you are on to something big. I haven’t seen anyone else cover a golf story that includes the people of the country and culture like you have. Keep working on this model
I think you have found gold with this series, there must be so many more countries like this that you would never expect to have golf courses. But you haven’t really fully explored Pakistan, so lots of mileage left in this
What a wonderful club and the facilities! I’m sure the grass would be lot greener once the winter period is over. Fantastic vlog Gary as always. Proud to be part of it!
Islamabad Club is my home course. And the amazing thing about our club is that it is open 365 days a year. It is never closed even on national holidays. My second home. 😊
It was very difficult to get on the course to film. I think if I was to come again, the clubs may now allow me to tee off really early before the members so that I can capture 9 hole vlogs.
Gary your camera skills are spot on now! Great video to showcase this exclusive club which has built in cinema for the club members - amazing. Good contents as always except my input! 😊
I agree! It’s too late for this series, however, I did think on reflection, I wish I’d done one six hole vlog at each club rather than two, three hole vlogs at each club. Thanks for watching
Very good point! If I do go out again, I’d defiantly do something with fezzy. We was that busy after pre scheduling things, we didn’t even have time to practice 😂
Play in Lahore play with Ahmed baig who is ranking 2 pro you won't believe your eyes how long distance he can hit he is the favourite boy of Sir Nick faldo
When you play again in Islamabad golf course play with the guy who's name is Shabbir iqbal who is ranking 1 pro from 2006 to till now wons 🏆 more than 200 tournaments
People's who never come to Pakistan they have lots of concerns about Pakistan I think you should make 1 full day video with foreigners who lives in Islamabad check their activities how wonderful life's they spending here in begins there worrying alots later on when they have to go back to there country they are crying
This will be a realistic picture of Pakistan’s world of golf, not so much off the course as it’s a golf channel. I will of course talk about my entire experience in the conclusion to the series.
It’s nothing major, it was just the shaft needed a re-glue, however, since the insistent, many people have come forward telling me about their issues with stealth’s and stealth 2 🥴
Gary I think these hosts are so glad to have you there and giving them some publicity!! Toheed's game has really improved!! The security looked like they were guarding an embassy!! Course looks nice would be cool to see it in late spring early summer!!🏌♂⛳😀
Definitely. It must be hard playing a sport you love that gets very little media coverage in your country. The golf community is so good here and they’re just the same as us, trying to grow and be the best club they can be.
You certainly know how to promote golf. I am enjoying your vlogs in Pakistan very much. You go that extra mile to find great content. Being honest and at times showing a slightly vulnerable side makes what you are doing that much more interesting too. I think the golf industry should watch your vlogs in Pakistan and open up its eyes in the UK. Toheed and yourself are flying the flag for much needed changes. Well done 👍 We definitely need to follow Pakistans model to save our golf clubs. ⛳️🏌️♂️Being more inclusive and open to new ideas has to be the way forward.

Thank you 🤌🏼 I really do want to explore new places that I’ve never played golf ⛳️ I’m going to do more holes in the vlogs next time though ✌🏼

Yeah, many of the members were saying, it’s only a few weeks away from the conditions changing from winter to summer.
yes, grass stays lush green from March to November. Tees look way better too at that time of the year.
Another fabulous insight to golf in Pakistan, it really is amazing that we haven’t heard about this before.
I know. The best is now coming! The next course we go too will 100% host the Pakistan Open if they get on the tour schedule.
What an amazing place Gaz and with the weather we are having at the moment I bet you wish you was back out there
What a genuinely nice chap, pushing the game on abroad. You are all welcome in Yorkshire with its many courses!
I just looked this course up on google earth, it looks amazing
Nice 👌🏼
Another great video,we have seen a part of the world of golf,it needs more views from the golf fraternity.
Thank you for the support! It will hopefully be the first of many different tours I do. I’ll play more holes next time 👌🏼
The things that are on offer is amazing. Golf in the UK needs to maybe offer something a little bit more than just golf.
Definitely! It’s one way to separate yourself in a saturated market.
Brilliant it gets better everytime🎉
Islamabad Club is my home course. And the amazing thing about our club is that it is open 365 days a year. It is never closed even on national holidays. My second home. 😊
That’s a new stat we didn’t know 👌🏼
Lovely place Gary.
Thanks 👌🏼
Absolutely fantastic 👍
Seems like an amazing country to visit one day.
Brilliant series Gaz.
love this well done gary lad
Cheers Liam. Love your channel, always cracks me up 😅👌🏼
You should play front and back nine in Islamabad 3rd nine is just like public course
It was very difficult to get on the course to film. I think if I was to come again, the clubs may now allow me to tee off really early before the members so that I can capture 9 hole vlogs.
What a place
A cinema! 😅
Very nice club.

I always thought of Pakistan as a third country world country but after seeing this series I’ve certainly changed my mind, thanks Gary
Great video, may get the chance to go there next week
Really 😂
@@garymartingolf yes. Karachi until next Sunday. Fly To Islamabad Sunday 😂
Bless him, it makes me want to send him a big bag of Yorkshire tea bags.
Gary 💚, it’s about time you started doing five hole blogs, not free
I agree! It’s too late for this series, however, I did think on reflection, I wish I’d done one six hole vlog at each club rather than two, three hole vlogs at each club.
Thanks for watching
Lahore gymkhana is one of the oldest golf clubs in Asia after Calcutta n Colombo , s.l.
Yeah. I couldn’t believe it was older than Pakistan 🤯
Don't get me wrong but I feel the best of Pakistan is still in Pakistan. Great stuff if I had your money I'd give it a try.
I'm wondering what happened to your new driver. You mentioned on James channel and also on M 1 vid. Thanks Mike
Yeah, the M1 hasn’t arrived yet, it’s on the plane from the UK at this stage in the series 🥴😂
The best way to train the caddy is to teach him how to play.
Very good point! If I do go out again, I’d defiantly do something with fezzy. We was that busy after pre scheduling things, we didn’t even have time to practice 😂
Tetley is best tea! Lol
😂😅 Get lost lol 😂

So what’s the membership fees ?
It’s about £10k English for life so it’s affordable, but it’s just a silly waiting list.
@@garymartingolf better join at the age of 18 and not 65 then 🤣 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Amazing! When are WE getting together?
We’ve waited this long now, we may as well at least pick a mild day. Have you been playing regular ?
@@garymartingolf trying to but the courses round here are a bog and loads of, not very good, temps!
Well done gaz never thought that they would have coarses in Pakistan i know they love there cricket 🏏 😊
Their English is ok too
Yeah, nearly everyone spoke good English and understood me 😂
Yeah, that was my understanding.
Wait till you see the courses that are going to come further in the series.. we have some absolutely stunning courses here
@@garymartingolfbetter than some in your comments 😉
Love this. But let's be honest...
wach don✅
Thank you 👌🏼
What no honorary membership Gaz 😮😊
I wasn’t so lucky this time 😄
@@garymartingolf maybe a jumbo box of Yorkshire tea might seal the deal 🤝
