- I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday morning than fishing with friends! Troy, Joe, and I met up with some buddies and fished a local pond for some snakeheads. It was an epic morning, I caught a SURPRISE CATCH!!! I didn't expect to catch this fish on a chatter bait. Everyone who went caught fish, no one got skunked, there was even a PB snakehead set!

I still can't believe I lost that fish! I know for a fact I had him on that first jump. Then he did some crazy head shakes I lost the tension, and he had to of shaken loose. The worst part is I think that would have been my new PB 😔
@@castkingkyle That's how it goes. I have lost two this year that I am sure would be PB's. At least we got them on film though.

There was at one point in time. Further research has shown they haven't cause the damage to the ecosystem they were once thought to cause. So DNR changed the rules, you are allowed to practice catch and release, but you have to release them where they were caught immediately. It it illegal to move them to different waterways, or to be caught with one alive as a pet. So if you catch one, and you wanna keep it, they say to kill it before you take it home. The end of the road then walked. The business's apparently hate people parking there and do have people get ticketed/towed. But I went EARLY morning and wasn't there long, plus it was a weekend.
