As someone who doesn't know of these acknowledgements, can you please tell me what Dave has done for the sport? Not mocking, seriously asking. (Maybe he contributed to pallumboism)
Coached many top pro athletes and many amateurs to the pro level , came out with probably the best fibre supplement available and very top quality other sups , took conditioning to a new level plus really helped the keto top diet really into the main stream of coaches. Wealth of knowledge with drugs and anabolics some very good protocols to say the least

Honestly dave should get a life time achievement award at the Arnold like Jay did. Yea he is not the same level bodybuilding champion as these guys but for his contribution to bodybuilding news for the past 15 years maybe we give it to him at 20 year mark

I am glad Kai said those kind words about Dave. Dave has done a lot for the bodybuilders as far as giving them a platform to get their names out. He reports on mostly everything and puts out a lot of content.
I know he can be a little hokey, but he has done a lot for the sport.
I love Rx and will be a fan for life.
He also coached a lot of the guys back in the day. Turned a lot of guys pro.

@@leir2005 I don't know. Kai looked his best when he was a little lighter with razor sharp conditioning, like the new york pros and arnold classics he won. He got too heavy trying to compete with Phil and his conditioning suffered for it.

Kai Greene was and still is the reason i love to work out and stay healthy since like 2008 or some where around that time sure time has flies and now it's 2024.. Kai is still the man! peace out !
His weight goes up and down from 250 to 290 lbs he's 49 and looks great

Kai has great energy. It's impossible to not like the dude.
I was there in Columbus in 2016 when Kai won his third and final Arnold Classic. He beat out Cedric who went on to win next year. Kai looked very sharp and of course his routine was amazing! I thought he won it easily. After that Kai stacked some winnings by also taking the Arnold Classic S. America and Arnold Classic Australia.
Since then he has only done a couple of shows in India where he has a huge following. I think they revere him as a sacred bull!

You know Kai's still built under that sweatshirt. He's just too hard on himself. I personally don't care if he goes off and just does TRT and weighs 50lbs+ less.
