Hi mate I just wanted to say your videos are brilliant, makes me have a good outlook on things when I watch them. Please keep wild camping and hopefully one day see you up on the moor. Cheers
Interesting graves. All the more interesting when you realise these are our ancient ancestors, either in the graves themselves, or the people who built them and mourned for those in said graves.
Hi Graeme, great to see you out and about again on beautiful Dartmoor. I can't believe the amount of rain we've had in February, something like 570% the average amount! Which way did you come from to walk to Dunnabridge Pound? Bellever Forest is such a great place to walk. Thanks for sharing and great to see your smile and enthusiasm in your videos 😊
Thanks Pete. I parked up at Lower Cherrybrook Bridge, walked to Dunnabridge Pound and then up to Bellever. Yes, it is a beautiful place to walk, although I think I prefer Fernworthy 😁
Morning Graeme . Did part of this walk yesterday but started at Dunnabridge Pound and walked first to laughter hole then around and up to Bellever . Saw some of the cairns and cists. Was a far better than predicted day with no rain 😊 Superb walk 👍
@stevedamerell2783 hi Steve, yes, it turned into a nice day yesterday, far better than was forecast. Hope you enjoyed your walk, it's a lovely area around there 😀
@@stevedamerell2783 I’ve got so many books, over 30 of them, but I don’t think I have any on just tors or cairns, I’ll have a look when I get home and let you know if I have
Great shots of the archaeology, lovely to see. Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you 😊
Love your videos and love Dartmoor! :D
Thank you very much Dawn 😁
Smashing video!
Thanks George 😊

Thank you so much for your kind comment Andrew, yes. Would be great to see you on the moor one day 👍

Yes, very interesting. I often sit and wonder who was buried there, and what their life was like 😊

Is there a book you’d recommend on Dartmoors stone rows and cairns .. there’s a few of them 🤣
