I've had Riesling made with a roughly 12 hr. skin soak after crushing. It has very light tannins and typical/full fruit flavor, but was slightly rougher than conventionally made Riesling. It came from McGregor Vineyards on Keuka Lake.

I was hoping to hear about "montrachet" style and "solera" style. Are they synonymous or do they mean different things?
