ok, been trying this since this morning and already found it worth putting upgrades into the extra weapon I didn't use yet. So far it has been pretty worth it and quite fun.
Bro you are genius! Im new to mmorpg. And new means new. TL is my first not fps game ever. First mmorpg. And th8s build is awsome. Very funny to play. Thanks for that!
Hi, thanks to your detailed warden build i tried this out for my own, but still in early, mid game. Its really nice indeed to farm and do the burst damage, but i recently noticed that its not welcome as tank role in co op dungeons, whenever i go in a dungeon as warden they kick me out... hope to see more updates coming about warden off meta build soon though
Cool build, my is similar but I use blitz for double stalwart bastion or nature's blessing. Also I kinda made it to work for pvp using ensnaring arrow to bind a player follow by cleaving roar to decrease the players endurance by 340 and with the bow passive steady aim you increase your crit chance by 435 to bound players, you do a lot of damage, and you have two ways to bind people: ensnaring arrow and chain hook. I'm still working on my gear but I'm having fun in pvp soo far
Thanks, yeah I've been testing a similar build in PvP too. I use a similar combo with cleaving roar although I find cleaving roar never seems to hit - like very rarely, I don't know if people are running around with massive weaken resist or if it even counts as a weaken ability. Maybe hit rate/evasion applies to it I'm really not sure but it doesn't seem consistent (I know it's only 70% but mine seems more like 20%) I'm also play around with gear, tricky being tanking but having enough hit without the greatsword passive
I always enjoy your videos! Your videos are exciting. I'm playing with a shield and a great sword, so I've made it durable. Do you think you need to rebuild from blue equipment to gain evasion? I'm translating from Japanese, so I'm sorry if the English is weird.
I just reached 50 lv as warden, but since this class is not much used I am a bit concerned to put more effort in and considering to change to SNS+GS, I see in your previous videos you were going as sns+gs as well and then tried this combo, which one would you recommend more? both for PVE and PVP
If you're looking for a more conventional and safe pick for PvE AND PvP then SnS/GS is definitely the pick. It is the current meta for PvP SnS by far. This warden build is definitely off-meta so if that matters to you maybe go the GS
Another tornado as well I guess. Yeah good to know, I've only done a few guild riftstones but not as Warden yet. I'm playing around with world events PvP at the moment and enjoying it. Lowish damage but bars to kill, easy to farm monsters though
If you like the shield throw bounce more then use it, but I think for this content it is slightly less optimal if you care to min-max. The benefit the standard throw has is that it can hit more targets (5+) and then it also hits them on the way back, extending the duration and adding more stacks. If you have a pack of mobs right Infront of you this is going to be superior in buff amount and duration (and raw damage but not as important). The bounce against this kind of pack in PvE will only ever get 4 stacks for 3 seconds. The bounce is better for PvP where you have a few enemy players loosely grouped and moving constantly so the automatic bounce will hit a few of them, whereas a straight throw is going to miss most of them.
If you follow the burst sequence once the pack is grouped that should work for you. Brutal arrow > Provoke > Counter Barrier > Shield throw > strafe sequence. Thr order of this sequence is deliberate so that the biggest burst moment (3 x strafe, while gale arrow is still ticking) overlaps with the 3-4 seconds of shield throw heavy attack buff. I will note that enemies in PvE often surround you as the tank so the throw might only hit the ones directly Infront of you if they have had time to spread around you - this is fine, just hit what is in front of you, you are still going to get 2-4 stacks in each direction
Not at all, very strong single target you will maintain provoke indefinitely on a single boss target so you gain a lot of damage thanks to spectrum of agony.
@@WilstormGaming Really? What do you do when the build is single target? I'm having a lot of fun trying it out, but I'm worried about being off-meta... I haven't had the courage to mainline SNS/Bow...
Currently playing SNS/Wand, planning to add bow into the mix for better DPS, curious about the single target rotation especially for dungeons and world, seeking your expert advice 😂
Don't worry about what is meta or not, none of the PvE content is super challenging you can play whatever you want. On single target bosses your rotation is basically exactly the same as explained in the burst sequence with two changes - add Deadly Marker before brutal arrow and use strategic rush before shield throw instead or as well as counter barrier, count erbarrier doesn't do heaps on single target, mostly just for the 5% damage buff. So a standard opener on a boss for me is: Piercing Strike (initial threat) > deadly mark > brutal arrow > provoking roar > counter barrier/strategic rush > shield throw > strafe x 3 > Zephyrs knock > piercing strike. Then just use everything as it comes off cooldown. Don't worry about the exact sequence because provoking roar will remain permanently on the target so no need to optimise the order just use everything. If provoking roar drops off because of mechanics (think the intermission on Lequarius) then start with the sequence again if you can but otherwise just be sure to reapply provoking roar.
Xbow using provoke > aoe flurry deletes the pack in about 1 second but you can only do it every 1min or so (too slow for farming - this is the main problem) and Xbow has no healing/sustain other than shield defends which is good but not enough to be comfortable/reliable. Other than the big aoe skill Xbow has no other sustained aoe damage.
Which heal is spammable as a SNS / GS? Davinci has a specialisation which gives a little heal but not spammable. Than there is the skill which gives 30% more hp. But that’s not a heal skill. And than there is the Q Block ability which can heal. But that’s not spammable (stamina issue) - maybe with witty strike and a lot mobs you could gain stamina back to block again. Or do you mean the passive which heals for a little amount? 😅 I don’t know more - maybe you could tell? Thanks!🙏🏻
There is no conventionally 'spammable' heal on the SnS/GS like healing touch on the bow. What you have mentioned is the only sources of healing - Davincis with the heal spec + regen and the Q defend which is limited by stamina and relies on the enemy using Fury attack - this can go a long way to sustaining you especially when farming mobs that use fury attacks often like the abyssal areas - but it's not the same and having healing touch and flash wave
@@WilstormGaming oh I didn’t replied to the comment of Mr. FatLerke. Sorry the @ is missing. I would like to know from him what’s these spammable heals are which he is mentioning in his comment. 😅 but thanks WilstormGaming for replying 👍🏻
There's a person I know on Crimson server that absolutely made this class worked and we call her the archboss of players because she literally can't die. She even be tanking shakal's purple puke stream and she's immortal in PvP 😂
Yeah in PvP if you are maintaining 3 stacks of healing touch you can keep yourself alive very well. Doesn't heal allies quite as easily as SnS/Wand does though
i do just fine with this build in PVP in large scale you have all the CC and util you could want while also being so tanky people give up trying to kill you or you force a large group to focus on a single target. in smaller scale I straight up get ignored until I'm last so my job is to use all the CC's to keep them off the party/interupt rotations. in 1v1 basically the only thing that can kill me is a GS dagger and that goes 50/50 on whether he can land his stuns or not. I run full endurance and use the 53% constant block chance to block a good amount of CC and 40% damage, with counter barrier up that's up to 83% chance. in arena I end up dealing and taking the most damage, never dying, and even get some party heals lol now sure, your not going to be getting all the kills, and your DPS is fairly low so it takes time to get the kills but you will drive people mad with how tanky you are and all the CC's you can use XD incase anyone wants the build questlog.gg/throne-and-liberty/en-nc/character-builder/ProtectionShadowedOfMiracle
hi do you have this pvp build on questlog please. would really be helpful for a new t&L player likemyself. my fav playstyle is stopping there burst and letting my team kill. would be really nice to know a build is working instead of hoping it will :)
The provoking roar into strafe is so satsifying
No fury in group pve? Please fix that
Best build video for this game. Thank you!

I’ve been running this build since day 1. I’ve been asked why I use the build several times. And I just say I enjoy this build and it’s crazy aoe. :)
What about pvp ? Is it good like sns/gs ?
Is there a rune setup upgrade for the build?
This is brilliant, genius

do yall know if the tornado updraft from bow can combo into the sns hook? i need to know. that might be the funniest way to cc someone

Warden quite okay in large scale pvp as well due to double flash wave and has extra defense on sns that made your char not get one shot easily.
