My game is on ng+7 is there a way to reset that so I can play the dlc without getting 2 shotted by normal dogs

OH MY GOD THE STUPID 3 MOONS ATTACK

Was really struggling to hit him with the backhand blade so i switched to the dragon great katana and spammed him to death with the AOW

This boss was close to being my favorite in the DLC, at least when fighting the first phase and not getting RNG rolled by the second. All of the attacks were solid and telegraphable, not insanely long combos like every other boss in the DLC, a solid window between attacks so you can actually damage him, and some beautiful looking moves (like alot of the dragon boss fights). But once I spent enough time with the second phase I started to really hate him, for 2 big reasons. The first is that, there is so much visual sludge on the screen during the second phase you can barely fucking see anything. Alot of the moves seem similar to placidusax, but just 2x more shit on the screen. And the second is that, during the second phase, he chains his attacks together way more often than the first, so its pretty likely that you will just have gotten hit by a fucking nuke, then he flys up in the air and spams 2 lasers on you, then chains that attack with a long distance fire breath. Really a shame, but at least the fight is fun when you have igon as a summon

first of I wane say u go the best tutorial in this game, thxs to u I was able to beat Messemer(43tries) midra (23 tries) back to back while only being level 10 for the scadu. My only problem is the lighting build I have invested into 100+ hours is completely useless as they all take too long to charge up.

*_Question to tip #5_* After deconstructing existing buildings and removing the flame altar afterwards, will the constructions "respawn" or are those resources "limited"?

Dragons are always camera battles. Except for Midir

this boss just so ficking hard

terrible fight in my opinion, i struggle more with the camera than with the boss itself, fighting midir in dark sould 3 was much more complex but better because the camera wasn t this shit and he lowered the head more after specific combos. I m used to play with locked in camera due to mainly playing dagger + parry and with a short weapon this fight is absolutely unfun and i don t want to respec to just spamm weapon art with dragon katana, i know that s what most people do and tutorial suggest, but that s not fun in my opinion.

Absolutely phenomenal guide, beat him in about 4 tries after using this setup. One addendum I would add is that using the fingerprint greatshield is optimal if you don't want to have to switch weapons for bloodhounds step. Simply put the "no skill" aow on the shield and don't even bother switching weapon stances during combat! The weapon art also reflects the amount of skill needed for this strat... 😅

Nice guide, one of the few without cheesing, spamming some op weapon art or using spirit ashes, just like before Soulsgames got mainstream with elden ring, simply explaining the moveset and then people can adapt, using their own method / playstyle. Thumbs up.

Worst dragon boss fight imo

This video makes me feel to quit WoW after 15 yrs of constant playing. I have a question for you Wilstorm Gaming and all of you ex- WoW players, do you ever think of coming back to WoW? Do you miss WoW or that's it? Right now I'm at the sharp edge to drop of WoW for good, even that I haven't paid for the sub for almost 10 years (I've used tokens from an AH and buying them for gold and exchanging it for game time or bnet balance when I had to buy new xpac's). Throughout those 15 yrs I have collected nearly 700 mounts, 2000 pets, 30000 achievments, and dropping that away makes me feel sad but I kinda got really fed up with WoW. I tried classic vanilla when it came out 5 yrs ago or so, and I've played it from the release up to level 58 and I stopped, I got back to the retail (I never quit retail, I only played it less when ''classic'' was released), then when TBC was released I jumped into it, then Wotlk classic, then Cata classic now, and even SoD ( I've uninstalled it today) but suddenly I feel that I might not miss anything from WoW looking at this video :D It seems that Blizzard picked up some strange way in developing the game bringing so many things into it and then multi dollar company (small indie company) invented layers usage which sometimes makes the game unplayable, it slowly becomes more and more annoying than that it should be for the game.

If you don't use Spontaneous Guard, this fight is painfully dogshit. This and the final boss are some of the worst bosses they've ever made.

They really need to reduce amount of arrows archers have to craft in the endgame. They should add a perk that should either let you craft double the arrows or one that reduces the amount of arrows consumed.

Can you imagine the debt gamers would rack up,if Elden Ring was a arcade game in the 80s? Probably instead of a quarter slot, a credit card machine would take the place.

Why don’t you lose half your life bar when he hits you? You take reasonable damage I have 16 scad fragments and if he hits me once it’s half my bar

What is the technique that allows you to circle around him closely. When I try to do that I either strafe away or run directly into him

To anyone whos struggling: use Scarlet Aeonia! it takes only two hits (1 if ur lucky) to get the dot on the boss which deals more then a 3rd of its health over time. It might be tricky to land at first but you can get the hang of it in 5 tries or so. I think its the best single spell against him

Trying to fight this boss with starfists is the worst experience I’ve ever had, I literally have my nose pressed up against the side of his horse and the hits just can’t connect

Nope. I don’t like horizontal progression. I like that wow lets me play current content as an mmo, and old content solo. I also generally don’t like seeing other players outside instanced content. If I’m alone questing through a storyline, the LAST thing I want is a giant horde of players to come rushing by, lol.

Do the Verdigris or Fingerprint shield have some special blocking ability because I tried your build and the only difference is I used a different great shield I had already leveled up and I keep taking damage when I’m poking and he’s swinging at me? I have similar stats and the same talismans.
