Hanging substantially improved my rotator/labrum issues from 25 yrs or construction work. Equally improved my medial epicondylitis (golfer'selbow), which I had for 21 yrs. They're not 100% cured, but they're definitely manageable, whereas before they were nearly debilitating. I had resigned to the fact that i would suffer with them forever.
It's incredible, in an unfortunate sense, how tightness can create so many problems from thin air.

It makes perfect sense: most often shoulder pains are due to impingement, inflammation of small band-like muscles inside shoulder capsules. Hanging helps immensely with relaxing shoulders, and most people just need those small moments to fix the issues

They lost me at portraying Jesus as a white man with blue eyes from Africa, speaking in tongues and taking people's money for no reason 😂 I ended up believing in science. Science says everything is in the universe. The universe is made of matter (antimatter as well). Matter is made of atoms. Therefore, everything in the universe is one conglomerate of atoms. This would mean that 'God' or the creator would be the only thing in existence. God is in the atoms. Thus, we are all just God 🤷🏽 The Bible even says we are made in the image of him. The observable universe and the brain are identical. Sounds like we're made in the imagination* of him. We know the Bible twists words and narratives. Makes more sense to me than singing and telling fictional stories in church for 3 hours.

@@freedomoverriches 1) God never said Jesus is white with blue eyes, that is the doing of people. Taking money is also not the work of God, that’s people.
      2) just because two things are made out of atoms does not mean they are the same thing. Are you an apple just because you are both made of atoms?
      3) Again, singing does not make you Christian. People created that, not God.
Church in general (in the West at least) is not at all what it should be anymore, and I think God would agree.
Could you give me an example of when the Bible twists words or narratives?

I was completely disabled after an aneurysm that caused me to have a stroke... It took me 2 years but i started being able to stand (previously stuck in a hospital bed, with dedication I've been able to walk with assistance... Im hoping that in another year i might be able to walk freely so i can go back to work.. one of the hardest things my wife had to learn is it's okay to fall as long as youre trying and you don't let that fall keep you down... AMEN. One of my biggest frustrations in, dare I say, all of life is that in third grade I was told I was too big for monkey bars. Before that I had been literally one of the best at my school. Every recess there was a group of us for whom monkey bars were the obsession and we would do all kinds of tricks and see how long we could stay up, etc, and I worked myself to the point where there was one girl who could do more than me, and that was it, in my entire recess group. Then we moved to a new school when I was in third grade and everyone third grade and up had to play on the ground with balls and jump ropes and stuff and I legitimately wonder how strong I would be today if I had just been allowed to continue. Now I have very little upper body strength and it’s going to take a lot of work to get that as an adult, whereas, if I’d just kept up with it since childhood, I’d be so strong and much more healthy 😢😢
