Happy belated anniversary🎉❤🎂 I use marshmallows in with my Brown sugar and it works beautifully.
Also,for the brown sugar, I put a cookie keepers inside the bag and it keeps it soft until I finish the bag. Cookie keepers are a little pice of clay, it comes in fun shapes.

2 tips for you! The Dollar Tree sells those bags that keep food cold, They are awesome! Also keep a slice of bread in your brown sugar and it will never get hard.

If you keep your brown sugar in a container with a slice of bread, it stays soft. I've heard about an apple slice but never tried that one myself. HAPPY BELATED ANNIVERSARY!
they make small terracotta disc's that you soak in water than put in the bag of brown sugar to keep it soft.

It is so funny that when you walk into the store there are chips and stuff, our supermarkets (Denmark) usually start with vegetables and fruits :)
A lot of ours do too, but Aldi is it’s own breed of store
Throwing a few marshmallows in to the brown sugar container can help keep the sugar soft! 🙂

To stop your brown sugar going hard place some marshmallows in the container/bag as they soak up excess moisture resulting in hard marshmallow by soft sugar
Or a piece of bread. It doesn't go moldy but keeps the sugar soft.

I'm unsure if dandies will work you can give them a try,I can't see why they wouldn't work to be honest.
So at my Aldi's - there are some stuff they always have from the vegan items, so they are in the regular freezer case, instead of the special buys case. The Asian and Thai burgers are not at my Aldi's all the time - but the other ones are. I also found the vegan Italian "sausage" for the first time - and OMG - it was great. even my meat eater husband liked it. I'm glad at least my store is carrying some stuff on the regular (still haven't seen the cheese though)
piece of brown or wheat bread in brown sugar will keep it soft AND you can buy a little do-dad to put in brown sugar too, it is called a brown sugar saver, $3.00 (also can use a piece of clay pot) YA BABBBBBBY

If you were talking about the wrapper of mochi, it's rice! Mochi stands for rice candy.

That’s a lotta bananas! I buy 3-4 at a time and can only eat them on that ONE perfect day when they’re perfectly yellow, only yellow. My husband likes the icky ones that have one or more brown spots! Then, to the freezer where they turn into bananer bread

If you put your brown sugar in a zip lock bag with a slice of bread it keeps it fresh.

Buy a clay bear or other form of clay. Soak it in water for awhile until soaked up all the water it can. Then put it in your brown sugar, be sure to keep it in a sealed container. Just be sure to wipe it so it doesn't drip water in the sugar.
Just to let you know, most paper towels and napkins, even toilet paper, has gelatin to bind the fibers together. As far as I know, seventh generation makes vegan paper products.
The supermarkets in USA is way different to the ones here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 and this a way cheaper to 👍🏻

Do you use raw unrefined coconut oil or sunflower oil, I try to avoid oil but when I have to use oil those are my go-to oils. I love being plant-based, I can pig out on fruit and hummus!

Two questions Craig, Did you say, in a previous video, that Oreo's sugar was not vegan? Also is the vinegar in America Vegan? We have a company here in New Zealand, (DYC), that filters/clarifys their white vinegar product with cows milk so that brand isn't vegan. Therefore nothing pickled/preserved in DYC white vinegar is vegan either :(
More fun at Aldbrecht Discount! I notice that your store doesn't seem to stock wine/beer. Is that typical in the US/NY? One of the joys of Aldi in the UK is their good quality wines for about $5-8
hindler No. US Aldi usually has the wine and beer near the entrance, opposite to the bagged snacks.
Wine and beer in grocery stores are regulated by individual states. In NY, you can sell beer, but not wine in grocery stores.
